The alteration to people's schedules is becoming a proven health concern as it causes undue stress on a person's body. I feel it every year and despise it. DST is unnatural, out-dated, and costly to our health. As some other signers have mentioned, most Americans are already going to work in the dark and coming home in the dark. DST does nothing except wreck the human body's natural circadian rhythm. This only results in poorer work performance, illness, deaths, car accidents, and increased home-cooling costs in the summer.
