i was sexually assaulted at the age of five by Steven Francis Hogue and I am 45 years old now and it has ruined my life. I tried to have him prosecuted when I was 18 and NCIS and the Baltimore Court systems did nothing. NCIS actually allowed him to refuse to be questioned. He has also harmed other children and has never spent a day in jail. Who has the right to refuse to be questioned. It is a proven fact that child molesters can. It be rehabilitated and they are a danger to society! They should all be out to death because their acts kill their victims mentally and we stay victimized for the rest of our lives!REPORT COMMENTS
