I watched a ruthless Guardian at litem manipulate Family Court Circuit Court Department of Health and Human Services assistant prosecuting attorney in Putnam County West Virginia. I watched a mother let the guardian at litem humiliate her own child in open court. I watched Family Court ignore Witnesses that could have spoke in the best interest and well-being of the girls. I watched the same guardian ad litem lie under oath and is protected by both circuit court judge and family court judge. This same guardian ad litem capitalized on one child's fear ignored the other two children and that's okay with the law. The conspiracy in the Putnam County Courthouse is alarming you don't tell a child if you when in Circuit Court you wouldn't Family Court you don't turn a blind eye corruption. The lawyers disciplinary board had no right warning this guardian ad litem about my complaint same for the Supreme Court of Appeals. CPS took their time giving me my CPS report but they made sure I got it the day the disciplinarian board met the Supreme Court of Appeals Charleston West Virginia granted the guardian ad litems dismissal on technicalities she had access to all my complaints dates that is the Supreme Court to safekeep ironically most of the information I was speaking about was what the kids had said about their mother they did not care as long as they protect their guardian ad litem save her reputation every other week I will call the Supreme Court to find out whether they ruled on 1 to keep the case private 2 to let the girls come back to West Virginia until all the appeals have been final and everytime I call up until the last minute I would they have not made a decision on it yet which made possibly some of my scheduling a little off but I don't think so there's definitely a leak in the Supreme Court disciplinarian board for lawyers the complete Judiciary System I never thought I'd live to see the day that the Supreme Court of Appeals in Charleston West Virginia would dismiss my case when they're the ones that made me wait and misled me now my grandchildren are living in the house where are there secrets are out a mother that only ask for one child and not the other two I've had those kids for 9 years I didn't know that the Supreme Court had no respect for grandparents as long as their grandchildren are protected by there judicial Authority I didn't know and a biological mother can go away for 9 years 4 of those years she dedicated with her boyfriend and his 3 kids the Supreme Court of Appeals made a mistake and they need to fix it I have all the proof I need to expose this card at litem and the Putnam County Courthouse that would not be fair to the honest people there are still some left the same guardian litem have another teenage child it's okay with her that this little girl stays in the house with her father and his male friend while they do drugs but this child could live with her grandparents her sister does but they keep the father's income inREPORT COMMENTS

My wife had 3 children by me was happy then went on in 19th year of marriage to have an affair then was able to get 2 of the kids and paid $65,000 child support and she is eligible for 1/4 of my pension. Plus she alienated me from my daughter haven't seen her in 5 years. State of NY rewarded her immensely for having an affair. This is not justice. We were ordered to $8,000 forensic evaluator. THe state of Michigan wrongfully terminated my rights to my children and when I told them about the physical abuse of my children in the foster care placement they violated my civil rights and Falsified Documents and testimony to terminate my rights..I wrote a letter to the judge about my rights being violated and even filed Grievances And My voice was never heard...I.have tired to get legal help to sue the state of Michigan and get my children back but no one will help me because I don't have enough money....I'm just a mother seeking justice for my children....REPORT COMMENTS

In my case I didn't even have my kids with me and they took them without even investigating ..drug testing questioning the children... Also the social worker continues to lie on the stand and I have court documents to prove this and still they refuses to return my children to me or my family members... Even when the children have testified that said abuse never took place... And they harrass me every year trying to take my kids from me ..also when they did place my children with a family member without doing a back ground check my daughter was molested...I feel here in madera county they have to be investigated cause they are violating many laws and damaging our future, children's future due to all this corruption...REPORT COMMENTS
