My child has been physicalky abused, (photographed by myself) mentally & emotionally abosed, held prisoner while having proven never to have been physically abused or neglected, left uneducation, beaten by other children, had severe head trauma while foster "mother" read book in her car (er records in possession). He has been asking for new attorney under "Foster child Bill of Rights" & ignorned by cps & a Judge twice. CPS actions were declared unconstitutional in our State 17, December, 2015. He has also been medicated by cps Dr's for conditions he never had causing him damage. The Judges, Attorneys, Courts, CPS are a complete travesty & tragedy. To live in Freedom, without Fear or Want, Raise & Protect your family in Religious Freedom. U, S. Constitution -

My children were taken into Protective Custody twice for Failure To Protect (exposure to Domestic Violence). They didn't serve me Warrents until min's before the Detention Hearing. My Public Defender Submitted at the Jurisdiction Hearing though he knew I wanted to Contest It. I myself went around gathering my own evidence disproving their allegations. I submitted about 30 pages of evidence & letters of refference. None of which was submitted in the Reports or seen by Honorable Superior Judge Eric DuTemple as evidence at the Disposition Hearing. I was offered Services so I submitted & signed the Reunification Plan. Which I Successfully Completed above & beyond their recommendations. I submitted the same 30 pages along with anything new Documentation pertaining to and at the 6 Mon Review Hearing. At which their recommendations were to Terminate Services/Fast Track put my 5 children up for adoption. Their reasoning was two physcologicaI evaluations diagnosed PTSD & the other PTSD & Anxiety. I, of course again, Contested. I took copied to every door myself this time. Congested 6 Mon review set on Valentine's Day. I soupena my Court Ordered Counselors as well as the Parent Educator of my Court Ordered Parenting Class. The new presiding Superior Court Judge was a little late to the Hearing but when he came in he first apologised for being tardy then smacked that 30 + pages of my documentation onto the Bench & said, "Now that is a Second Adendem! I've read through all of these documents & I'm going to say most of which pertains to the Detention & or Jurisdiction Hearings. At this date & time I am submitting this all into evidence." Court went on from 8-5 & was Continued. One of the Reporting Investigating Social Workers lost her job for falsifying Court Reports. I WON the Contested Hearing & was offered reunification services. While in Emergency Foster Care my 4 yr with a current IEP (Severe Language & Speech Delay) was neglected of his weekly Speech Therapy. My special needs child had to start Pre Kindergarten with an entire 7 mon gap in his Individualized Education Plan. Is that not his right to be given these services no matter where he is at? I brought my concerns directly to my Social Worker & her Supervisor. They put in the Reports I was "Over Reacting" and or excessively calling them. There are many areas in my family's case when & where mine or my children's Civil Rights were blatantly violated. I successfully completed Family Reunification as well as Family Maintenance Plans for a total of 24 mon. My children are Home & Thank Our God for that each & every day. I know plenty of parents who weren't so lucky. My family's Proof was admitted in as evidence...REPORT COMMENTS

both of my grandkids are in cps custody ive tried getting custody of them but they already adopted my granddaughter out and I'm fighting to get my grandson now cps don't have a dam thing on me ive passed every test and there still not letting me have him and now there trying to adopt him out so something has to be doneREPORT COMMENTS

my wife and I experienced firsthand how does GPS system takes all of the parents rights away. They seem to try to make it feel like they're doing everything for the children well he answered to 16 different charges are brought against him and was found not guilty for anything they tried on the 17th Court they didn't even have any charges against him we actually thought we were going to get our children back but we did not instead they brought in a psychiatrist and when they asked that psychiatrist what he thought of sending the kids back to their biological parents his answer was you had these children for 5 years in your custody and to change their environment would be detrimental to their Mental Health we found out after my daughter hunted me down after 14 years that last part was just 2 satisfy the court that everything was done that could be done. in fact by the time we reached our ninth Court our kids were already adopted out into another family and they were just trying to cover up their wrongdoings this was told to me by my daughter after she Hunted Me Down 14 years later no I have no faith in the family court system here not in Florida not anywhere in the United StatesREPORT COMMENTS

I know firsthand how horrible this system is. They lie, manipulate, bully and twist everything that is said to make their case. No one ever questions or challenges them so innocent families are ripped apart and the children are the ones that suffer.
