I am 4 months pregnant and have a 4 year old son who has never been away from me his entire life. On May 18th, My husband began taking illegal steroids and became increasingly violent with me and began having an affair with his best friend's daughter who is married with 3 kids under the age of 5. On June 2nd, I confronted my husband about the drug use and the affair. My husband attacked me physically and threatened my life. He told me that if I called the police he would call CPS and have them take my son away. He threatened to kill me and his friends and family threatened my life as well. I filed the EPO anyway and told the judge what was said. I received multiple messages from my husband, his family, his mistress, and her family about calling CPS on me with false allegations of abuse and threatening to file false police reports that I have stolen items from their homes. I refuse to drop the EPO and CPS shows up at my door with police and no warrant demanding to be let in. I told the CPS woman to come back with a warrant. She got on her cellphone and told me she had Judge Addington on the phone and the judge was issuing a warrant to take emergency custody of my son if I did not let her in my home right then and there. I told her I was not ok with this but since my attorney wasn't available via phone, I asked her for the allegations. She said she had an anonymous caller report from 3 days prior that I had a "wild gunman in my basement threatening to shoot cops" and that I had no food in my house. I told her she could check for a gunman in my basement and see that I had food but the policeman needed to follow us through the house the entire time and then she needed to leave. After she left, she continued to come back to my home and call me with more allegations each day for 6 days after the EPO was filed. The last allegation was that I am pregnant with my biological brother's baby (I AM NOT). Because my husband cut off my bank card and I am a stay at home mom, I do not have the funds to retain an attorney. I contact legal aid and am given an attorney who works for them. She doesn't show up for my appointment and I am told to call back the next week. My husband's family and friends break into my home at all hours of the day and night on 4 separate occasions, ransacking my home and breaking down doors and knocking holes in the walls. His friend ran me off the road in my car on two different occasions. The Etown PD were present for all of these incidents and were on the phone with me when I was run off the road. The Etown PD told me it was perfectly fine for these people to harass me and break into my home because my husband gave them permission. A judge told me to have the county attorney file a warrant for my husband's arrest. I was told by the county attorney that he was not in fact going to file a warrant for my husband and that this was NOT a violation of my EPO and that it's not his fault that I have so many people who hate me (?!?). my family and I have been victims of the pinal county arizona cps corruption and something needs to be done I have been fighting for my kids for 2yrs and have completed all services not only 1 time but 3times and have never tested dirty and I still don't have my children I have been threw 12-14 caseworkers and everyone that was on my case is out of office no longer working for the department I have had several caseworkers lie on my case and have the documentation to prove it something needs to be done this department is tearing families apart without even doing an investigation and for false informationREPORT COMMENTS

I had all of my CPS files sealed and I never ever lost my children from Abuse or neglect and CPS is calling me a prupator i never ever abuse my kids. I want my Grandson and want to adopt him. I have a income and a home and I want to raise him. But they will not let me without destorying me. They are saying they have to keep the siblings together but none of them are in the same foster care home they are scattered all over. My children have been removed from my home and they where removed because I was being abused and was afraid to file any kind of report against my attacker they also wanted me to get a restraining order I was afraid so instead of helping me my children and me get out and put us someplace safe they said I was putting my children in danger ...this was a year ago and I just went to court yesterday and lost them for good .....they where adopted...my name is Adrienne Lynn Peters I live in Vancouver WA and this has to stop they are evil people that care about nothing but a paycheck...ive had two workers lie straight to the judge they placed my daughter with someone who didn't even pass a background check and that foster placement is the reason my daughter is heavily using drugs and her way is a needle...this woman the foster placement for my daughter admitted to my worker she was using and she also told her that she had given my child drugs....this person was never charged she has a violent background as well so passing a background check for foster placement unlikely with dv charges on her record my court appointed attorny is the one who found all this info and still to this day has said nothing ....please help meREPORT COMMENTS
