I had no idea cps out of lexington kentucky could or were allowed to lie in order to pull a eco through. As i was told i was being punished for making them mad and comments that had been previosly made to them. I was under wrong impression that cps had to have proof. Absolutely wrong. Had i known my rights i would have been better informed. I guess when supervisors have high egos they indeed "punish" while i had no rights -

As in my case, a worker did an interview on July 27th 2012 "due to a refferal of general neglect allegations. the worker did not call or return until September 10th 2012 where at 7pm she demanded entry to my home. she did NOT ask to see my child or speak to me out on the front porch with the child. when i denied a entry to the home the worker threatened to call the police for a "welfare check" . which we agreed to stating that we have nothing to hide. the police came at 930 pm and spoke to both my childs father and myself (yet CPS put in their report that they did not speak to the father) The next night at10pm the social worker showed up with the police saying she had a warrant to take my child. The only explanation I was given for why the child was being removed was "noncompliance". I was never shown this so called warrant. instead the police sepparrated the my spouse and I (the child's father) and not let us near each other. they cornered me, grabbed my arm, twisted my arm behind my back ripped my screaming child from my arms while pushing me to the floor putting my in hand cuffs and then shoving me down onto my couch while crying and telling them Im pregnant and they were hurting me. We've since continued to get lied to being told one thing and having another happen, having falsified reports being to used against us and not being given copies of these reports until after the judge sends us over to pick up the paperwork stating that CPS should have given us that paperwork. The "suportting evedence" which is statements from interviews contucted over the phone by the CPS worker to the paternal aunt and grandparents has been declared falsified, taken out of context, and are flat out lies which both the aunt and grandparents are writing statements and are willing to go in stand stating what is in the reports as what they said is is NOT. We feel our child was taken without an investigation, just cause and by falsified information as well as we feel our rights have been violated. our child and our family are suffering extreme damages due to CPS abuse of power.REPORT COMMENTS

My son was taken from me at 4 months old this last July 5,12.. I gave a clean test which wasn't provided to the courts and continue to test clean.However due to my honesty along with there little twists in the report, the Calaveras CPS falsified grounds to charge me w 300(b). Upon my research I found that the states are federally funded to provide safe homes for abused children. In addition to that California is given a major Bonus if they are able to exceed above the prior years Quota in adoptions. Every year the state requires to have more children placed in adoption then the last just to get paid. It sickens me to the core to see what our country has become. Our children are victims all the way around. There are no guidelines set for these social workers to evaluate there decisions on.The courts are so over whelmed with these cases they see no difference from this one to the next. And there are no persons to get involved with the family to what proper decisions can be made. To willingly help provide the best family environment possible within their own home so this way we give a better chance to our children of tomorrow to succeed in being who there are to be. Who other then ourselves and our children is going to clean up these ignorant decision made by the negligence of lawmakers? Its long over due and has gotten way out of hand. Arizona CPS... someone needs to break their rubber stamp that reads "imminent risk of harm" 1 single visit with dishes in your sink calls your house unfit / unsanitary and *POOF* your kids are gone... yet these lawless kidnappers dont even have to prove anything and the court goes on making orders on you to try to prove...somethings wrong with the family "You need us, you need our help" Wheres our constitutional rights...oh yea...my lawyer says that i dont have constitutional rights...they are "merely fundamental" All the lies, left out information, false accusations proven wrong, inconsistency in cps statements, and incompetency of the case worker is "over looked by the judges" according to my court appointed attorney. My children are under "voluntary" placement with their dads because I checked myself into a psych unit as a result of a side effect of a new medicine I was prescribed. I knew myself well enough to check myself in, but now I am being deemed "mentall unstable". Although I made arrangements for my children to stay in our home with a trusted adult, CPS made no effort to allow my kids to stay in the home. CPS needs a checks and balance system... someone needs to make these people tow the line of justice!REPORT COMMENTS

I saw it coming months ago. I have a case open with Delaware County since March of this year. They got involved under the suspicion that I was abusing ("beating") my now eight-year-old daughter. When that was disproved, the intake worker wrote in my file that "it is my opinion that the mother is mentally unstable", and was then forced to have a psychological exam. I've had two, actually, and was not diagnosed with anything by either psychologist. Then I was told that my daughter and I had to go through a "family based" program through Holcomb Behavioral Health. I told them that I been through that already at Child Guidance, and it didn't work then, and told them I did not need it. Holcomb said that I did not have to go through with it. My CYS worker said that I did., so I signed up for it. It has, just as before, has done nothing but cause more problems for my family than help. But now that the "crazy" call didn't work....... Now all of a sudden my marijuana use (NOT abuse) is an issue, after five months of CYS being involved. I can also prove that Ms. Schwenk said that my use isn't causing a problem in raising my daughter or running my household. It never has. But because of an error I made in my daughter's dosage (that was resolved between myself and her doctor), and a mis-communication between myself and my daughter's family based worker, they are now forcing me to have a drug/alcohol assessment. After threatening me with family court, I agreed to it. And it will put this marijuana business to rest once and for all. That was not the first mistake I have made as a parent, and it is certainly not the last. Am I not allowed to make mistakes? Then on August 28 at my home, they all ganged up on me; My CYS worker, my two family based workers and another young lady who accompanied my CYS worker who was improperly introduced as "her intern". They all, except the intern, accused me of "burning incense to mask the marijuana smell", WHEN IT WAS MY PERFUME OIL (Maj'mua #96, sold at any Muslim oil market.)THEY WERE SMELLING ON ME. I then showed them all the oil. Am I not allowed to wear perfume? Or burn incense? Or spray a littleREPORT COMMENTS

CPS is only hurting families not helping one bit. Children are sleeping in the office of CPS because they are taking to many children from their families. CPS can take your child for any reason and they are allowed to make up their reasons. You are guilty in their eyes and they are only going to try prove you more guilty so they can keep your children. CPS is one of the worst things that have been created. Their are stories that have been where CPS has taken the child and placed the child in foster care and now the children are dead, some were locked in animal cages out sides w no food and water. That is our CPS workers want for our children. Someone needs to put a STOP to this NOW!!!! Stop hurting these children!!!!!REPORT COMMENTS
