I USED TO THINK CPS WAS THERE TO HELP CHILDREN AND FAMILIES.I WAS WRONG. Family court is a joke. Parents are not allowed to be judged by a jury of their peers. The judge is over whelmed by cases, He listens to whatever the social worker and their cps attorney says in their reports. The workers write biased one side reports based on their own subjective child raising views. If they don"t like you they lie and falsify the reports based entirely on hear say. The court appointed attorney has up to 25 or more cases a day and does not defend you properly or at all. The child is left so long in the systems foster home that the worker now says it is in the best interest of the child to be adopted and parental rights taken from the parent so this can occur. Losing your child and your parental rights is next to receiving the death penalty.This corruption must be stopped. The almighty dollar and the keeping of state jobs is behind it all. The fed. gov, funds states per how many adoptions The states funds the counties. The money dribbles down to judges, attorneys, cps workers, foster families, therapists etc., all the while the family is devastated and children are more harmed and affected for the rest of their lives. I cry every day for my loved ones and pray that this corruption is brought to light and stopped. Please investigate glenn co. cps. it needs to be closed down and the devastation they have done and are doing to families forever STOPPED. -

I had no clue this was happening it even took me awhile to digest the fact it was real while I watched someone go through this process. I want to do what I can. I tried to help the person going through this but I was twice threatened by cps workers, county attorneys sent me letters restricting me from all forms of contact to the human service department. judges GAL case workers guilty of perjury its scary and no one will help youREPORT COMMENTS

Self rep legates Dear Mr Larry Jents I watched your Law and Justus Interim Committee on PBS live on 9/19/2013. I am not sure how to per seed, But I am a 49 year old with a 5th grade level of English education. I Have done the self help Parent plan, Not at first I hired a attorney thinking that it would be a easy thing. I did not think that it was going to turn out the way that it did, The attorney did not represent me the way that I thought that he should, the attorney said to me if you don?t like what I have done then get another attorney, So I did, I was then harassed bye this attorney that I hired, I should except what he had to say or else, mind you that this attorney was yelling at me at the top of his lungs to except or else, He put in half agreements saying to me that it would be ok to sign that it was a temp thing that it was ok, Well after being strong armed by this attorney and him yelling at me. I told him that I had recorded what he had done, He then dropped me like a rock, Now I am down 5,000.00 then hired a third attorney that requested that I pay 10,000.00 up front and then charged a large amount to do mediation 5,000.00 said that I had to keep up the total amount of 10,000.00 to continue to represent me, counting down to the court date this attorney spent all the money that I did not have and dropped me just before court. Saying that I refused to listen to her advise and requested the court to withdraw from the case, I was because I could not afford to pay any more. So I went through a on line self help program and tried to get the info to my rites and how to file. It was a night mare for me. mind you I had no Idea how to per seed . I spent 1,000.00 for the paper work drawn up by a attorney in Nevada e-mailed to me and told how many copies to print out, and how to file it with the court. My goal was to get something in place so that I could see my child. As long as my case was not herd and still in limb bow my x was using my child against me and my life. Trying to get a final parent plan, I was not married and wanted joint custody to share a life with my son. Before the trial started the judge scolded me for a half hour before the trial started, I felt a half inch tall scared to death but perused with the trial, Judge was not happy and refused to allow Items in. I had no idea about evidence and how to put threw the court. The final plan was made and my ex and I are still having issues, I have tried legal aid twice turned down and looked at all options to help my self. My ex is using legal aid. I have gone threw all the money that I have owned lost my business, My truck, loosing my home, have no money. the free legal system my ex is using is still coming after me, I am loosing my driver license threw child support because I cant afford to defend everything. I have a friend a who has been a victim of CPS in Texas. It is rediculous what power they have. It is one thing to protect children from abuse but to fabricate charges arrest both parents because the children went out their back door and was seen playing in a private alley behind their house while their father was running an not home and the mother was taking a shower is excessive. The father drove up as the police were arresting his wife their mother and immediately arrested him. Because both parrents were arrested the children were put in a foster home where they remain after two months.REPORT COMMENTS

I have had parenting of my two minor daughters taken from me for the last 4 years without due process; and, I have not been allowed by the court to present evidence to prove the severe alienating, psychological, emotional abuse my ex/children's mother has perpetrated upon our helpless daughters through fabricated, untrue and perjured evidence from the mother merely to exact revenge upon me as my daughters' father. Also "hired gun" psych professionals were found and hired by the mother's atty to make bogus recommendations based on false allegations the mother and my two alienated daughters have alleged to psych professionals. My daughters are gone forever and no amt of immediate change will rectify this situation. The father of my daughters -- me -- has been forever taken from their lives. The one party that has benefitted the most is the attys who never resolve anything, they encourage conflict to increase their billing amts on the case. The judges (attys in robes) are more than willing accomplices to this despicable ongoing American Family tragedy.REPORT COMMENTS

When one civil servant enters an error like dominos one by one all follow suit. Where did protocols go to check all statements and facts before a decision is made? Can public corruption be so out of bounds that many do not discern an emergency or the correct courtroom? Everyone needs to know the difference between federal domain and jurisdiction boundary. When does a matter require a federal referral? Citizen's do not judge a matter from plain sight, many times things are not as they appear and not all judges are told *everything they ought to know. CPS took my kids away last year for disciplining my daughter and I have followed the recommendations and services and completed them all. The foster care worker was supposed to order family therapy services but it took her 3 months to do it. I just had a newborn and they took him away, I haven't seen him in a week and he is only 3 weeks old and I don't even know where they have placed him. Only God can stop this! It will end! Their outrageous behavior led to a sexual assault of a 2 year old by a known mentally ill parent who mental health professionals indicated as such and the nature of his perversion, they still gave the child to him for 1 and 1/2 years. Medical records show sexual and physical abuse. 3 incidents and still they are trying to hide cover up, distort info. I know of another baby that died in their care and another unborn child due to undue stress pressure lack of sensitivity, many abused women stripped of everything to fight for their children, frustrated and hindered by this system, many loss of innocence in children ...when will it end! cease this hell. Fighting 2+ years now for my own child Help! many agencies churches etc have fought we need a large suit and active people to stop this madness unify!REPORT COMMENTS

Since my son has been born since Aug. 2012 I have had over 5 calls/reports 6 of them have been from my x boyfriend all because I kicked him out for not doing the first case plan ( a day after our son was born). Now he has a vendetta out for me. Calls left and right and 2 case workers also know it is him. My baby was placed with a power of attorney by me after the caseworker told me it would be in our sons best interest because of the threats made by father. Now my 6 year olds case back in 2007 has been reopened and court date set for the 26th to force me to do services when they found no abuse nor neglect. They need to go after the children that are being abused and prosecute the callers who make false reportsREPORT COMMENTS
