On July 5, 2013 I asked Durham NC CPS investigator/caseworker Brittany Bullock about a loaded handgun on the bedroom dresser with a house full of kids that my 12 year old daughter had reported to me. This caseworker was so blinded by gender bias that she responded by saying " "that gun is registered and therefore its not an issue... the gun owner has that right there's nothing we can do about that". She never even addressed the compliant of a unsecured loaded gun being accessible to my children. Now I choose to believe this caseworker is gender biased as opposed to just plain dumb and stupid. No one is that damned stupid. She's focused on "the agenda". This has all the stench of a system that believes men are convinced that are plight is hopeless and that we are dumb asses that we will never rise up against this enslavement. In my particular area of the country (Durham NC) they have strategically positioned the most unsuspecting black females and in some cases simpleminded females in charge of this area of oppression which affects every man woman boy and girl no matter the race. [I can say this stuff because I AM a black man] I launched a letter writing campaign to DSS CPS to no avail. Durham county DSS is unwavering in their gender bias. These unsuspecting women that have been placed in charge of the protection of children have no clue that they are being used to help an age old system adept in divide and conquer and rooted in the very evil that has set out to enslaved the world since the dawning of civilization. Men must rise up. No one will do it for us. It's not a problem until there's a complainant as innocent children are suffering as this self perpetuating ignorance continues to flourish. Unsuspecting woman are being killed by enraged men. Men who have lost all hope are committing suicide some even killing or injuring children as a result of these evil practices of our judicial system. All in the name of money power and oppression. Your sons and daughters are worth the fight. My children are worth the fight. I will teach my sons to fight this evil.REPORT COMMENTS

About eight or nine months ago Judge Farrar made fun of my first name (Natarska).Then he, Sheriff's deputy, my ex's lawyer from legal Aide , my ex & his mother all laugh at my name when the Judge Farrar made fun of it. This judge only lets my ex talk and I'm not allowed to defend my honor. Legal Aide won't help me. They said it's conflict of interest. Cause they defend my ex. I don't have any money. I'm on disability. What can I do to protect my rights & honor from bias judge & legal Aide? This happened in Lynchburg Virginia JR & D Court.REPORT COMMENTS

cps are saying that I can not get my grand children or temporary custody because I live out of county. there are not giving me rights of any kind to speak or talk to my grand children. I don't understand I didn't do anything wrong except love and chairsh my beautiful grand children which are very very close to me as a grand mother. where are my rights and cps are also putting words in my mouth and never answering any questions that I have and are making false statement about the sistution at hand, there lieing there also not telling the truth about the statements that my daughter and the fathers of the children has already made on the police reports, and have also told me the children already were placed in homes there gone and then switch me over to a phone where no one would pick up to talk to me. nor are they calling me back for days at a time. what do I do? these cps workers the one Tamara davis in calavaras county said u don't tell us what to do well do what we feel is necessary; necessary for what my grand kids are devastated along with strangers we r such a close net family. my grandkis would always want to be with me and their mother and there father the children don't and never even had baby sisters or have ever been apart. there brother 11 yrs sister 4yrs another sister 2 yrs and another sister 1 yr old have only been with nonie and papa and uncles only that's it. cps in interigating our 11yr, old and 4yr.old 700 papers what kind of crap is that it s called abuse as far as im concernd I need help for my babies before these horrible people mess them up permentaly we have nothing to hide accept loving and caring adults were are not the bad guys and I applealed that this cout cps system can take and abuse these children as they are doing helpREPORT COMMENTS

This is completely true, I was taken as a juvenile, and locked up, no juvenile rights for 8 years taken from place to place no matter how good i was, even if I had no where to go, I shouldn't have been held captive, Which led to me being held captive, and falsely imprisoned for 10 years as an adult in the worst state prisons, with no way to get out, even when I had proof, I couldn't have committed the crime, because i wasn't there, no courts would here my plea's for help, now 35, I have nothing, called a predator by my government, lost my chance to serve in the military, and with nothing left, but a hope and a wish for my life back. Maybe I should just be the person they want me to be, and kill every judge, prosecutor and government person I can find, I guess it wont be much longer now anyway. Life fore a life! Orange County California CPS took my child away from us and they lied to us and they falsified records and they refused to let me the mother see the child for 3 or 4 months and they never notified us of when the court hearings were and they would not allow my daughter to see her doctor for her medication for ADHD stating that she was under the counties care now and she would see their doctors, yet when their doctors prescribed her medication they then used my husband medical ins. to pay for the prescription. The social worker called and cancelled my visit with my daughter and then told the courts that I missed my visit with my daughter and that I never called to explain why I had missed my visit. The social worker told my husband that he could have the child back if he would kick me out of the home. Which he did and they did not give the child back to him. Finally we moved from Orange county to Los Angeles County and the Same DAY that our case was transferred to Los Angeles CPS is the day our child was released back to us. Los Angeles CPS told us that they did not know why our child was taken from us in the first place. Los Angeles CPS told us that Orange County CPS was claiming that the child was a special needs child and that Orange County CPS was receiving more money from the government for our child then other children in the system yet when our child was finally placed with her grandparents 4 months after being in the Orange County system that her grandparents were only receiving money as if she was a normal child in the system. Los Angeles county CPS did not understand why that was and I said well it is obvious what has been going on....Orange County was claiming she was special needs child and receiving more money for her yet they were only giving the grandparents the basic amount of money a regular child receives and they were pocketing the difference. Los Angeles County CPS and I tried to get the records to prove this but of course we were unable to. Los Angeles CPS told me that there were a lot of things that were completely missing in our file when they received it from Orange County and that it seemed a bit odd but they had to focus on making sure our child was back home and doing well and didn't have time to try and find out what Orange County had done. I believe that Los Angeles County CPS knew that something was really wrong with our case but that they were told not to try to find out what really happened in Orange County and to just return the child and be done with the case. The corruption is so bad that even the judges, lawyers and their so called doctors are all in on it and in it for the money! they all work hard to make sure that they have enough children always in the system to pay them a paycheck and a big one at that. The longer that they are in the system the more money they make and they will do whatever it takes to keep those children in the system as long as possible. I don't understand how multiple divisions of "the system" in the same county and contradict each other's orders, how they can just choose to "ignore" probation violations and not charge violators and how convicted criminals of abuse escape the consequences and in fact are awarded custody. There seems to be no checks and balances, like they are all above the law. Even with documented evidence and records, it seems like they are more concerned with clearing their docket then deriving truth and justice, and people wonder why there is no faith in the system any longer.REPORT COMMENTS
