I have insurmountable amounts of Proof to which I can't get any representation. My children have been knowingly left with a CHILD RAPIST/2X Sex Offender. Driven around drunk and involved in drunk driving accidents all in the false name of "Domestic Violence" it's so blatant and everyone & there sister/brother is in on it! It's disgusting! -

My children have been taken 6 months ago. Been dealing with bmcw, cps, and now saint a for the last couple years. I will be sueing cause they have taken my children away illegally. There is a senator here in wisconsin conducting an investigation in the Bureau. Senator Lena Taylor. So yes, senators can do this cause this is going on right now. Contact her for wisconsin or your senators for the state your in cause this has gone on way to far and too long for these people to do these things to good families.REPORT COMMENTS

My son was taken away because I worked and went to school. He was given to his fathers mother who had her first three kids taken away because she would lock them outside all day and her husband was molesting them. But because COS did not exist back then there was no proof. But CPS could not find me negligent for anything But the court claimed me trying to provide and get my education was unacceptable. They would have rather me live on welfare.REPORT COMMENTS

Cps case worker has wrongfully taken my three children and they have endured the emotional abuse of being separated from loving parents foe 6 months now while people who can afford to bribe the workers thousands of dollars get their children returned n a month or less even two weeks for substance abuse and domestic violence cases!! This unfair treatment, violation or constitutional rights, and corruption has to end now! Before more innocent children and their parents are forever emotionally traumatized and the children who were healthy normal children r so traumatized they have ongoing mental health issues into adulthood! mY CHILD WAS REMOVED FROM OUR HOME IN JUNE OF THIS YEAR. THEY BUSTED INTO OUR HOME AT NIGHT AND GRABBED ME OFF MY BED, HANDCUFFED ME AND GRABBED MY CHILD FROM HIS BED. THEY HAD NO WARRANT OR COURT ORDER. THE COURT ORDER WAS GIVEN ON THE 3RD OF JULY. WE HAD TO DEMAND A COPY AND WERE DISGUSTED AND APPALED BECAUSE THE CASE WORKER HAD LIED ABOUT EVERYTHING. WEHAD BEEN ACCUSED BY AN ANONYMOUS CALLER OF DRUG DEALLING AND DRUG USE. I AM A 27 YEAR VETERAN TEACHER WITH A DIRECTORS LICENDSE FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF PROTECTIVE AND FAMILY SERVICES AND HAVE NEVER DONE DRUGS. THE CASE WORKER HAD SWABBED MY MOUTH 4 DAYS PRIOR AND THEN LEFT AFTER I HAD LET HER ASK ME A COUPLE OF QUESTIONS EVEN THO I KNOW THERY R LIARS. TWO DAYS LATER MY HUSBAND WAS FIXING THE FLOOR IN THE KITCHEN WHEN SOMEONE KNOCKED. HE DIDNT ANSWER THE DOOR AND AFTER A COUPLE OF MINUTES HE HEARD THE FRONT DOOR OPEN SO HE HEADED TO THE LIVINGROOM. SEVERAL OFFICERS AND THE CASE WORKER WERE STANDING IN OURT HOME. HE WAS FURIOUS AND CALLED ME FROM OUR ROOM. THE CASE WORKER SAID I HAD FAILED THE TEST AND THAT WE HAD TO DISGUSS WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO. THEY ARRESTED MY HUSBAND BECAUSE THEY SAID HE HAD A WARRANT FOR NOT FINISHING PAYING THE PROBATION FINES FROM A FEW YEARS AGO. HE WAS TESTED AND IT WEAS NEGATIVE.COPS LEFT AND AS SOON AS THEY WERE GONE SHE HANDED ME PAPERS ASND STATED IT WAS A FAMILY PLAN AND THAT I HAD TO SIGN HIM OVER TO FAMILY. I SAIDF ABSOLUTELY NOT THAT I KNOW FOR A FACT I DIDNT FAIL THAT TEST. I ASKED TO SEE THE TEST. SHE SAID SHE DIDNT HAVE IT BUT THAT SHE WAS GOING TO HAVE THE COPS COME BACK IMMEDIATELY AND TAKE MY SON BECAUSE SHE HAD THE AUTHORITY TO DO SO. I DIDNT KNOW IF THGAT WAS TRUE BUT MY SON WAS FRIGHTENED SOI I SIGNED BUT MADE IT CLEAR I WAS GOING TO FIND OUT THAT DAY IF SHE HAD LIED TO ME. MY DAD GOT MY SON BUT HE HAD TO WORK SO DURING THE DAY,MY DAUGHTYER WHO LIVED RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER FROM US WOULD HAVE HIM. SHE IS 20 YEARS OLD AND FURIOUS THAT THEY HAVE DONE THIS. SHE HAS TOLD THE COURTS OVER AND OVER THAT SHE HAS NEVER SEEN ME DO DRUGS AND MY SON SAID THE SAME THING. TWO DAYS LATER, MY DAUGHTER CALLED BECAUSE SHE WAS VERY SICK RUNNING A HIGH FEVER AND COULDNT GET A HOLD OF MY DAD.L SHE HAD TRIED FOR SEVERAL HOURS TO REACH THE CASE WORKER VIS CALLS AND TEXTS AND HAD TOLD HER WHAT WAS GOING ON BUT THE CASEWORKER NEVER RESPONDED. MY EX EVEN TRIED. I THEN TRIED FOR THE REST OF THE DAY. BY THE NEXT MORNING MY DAUGHTER HAD TO GO TOI THE E.R. SO I HAD HER BRING MY SON TO ME. I CALLED THE CASEWORKER IN FRONT OIF MY DAUGHTER AND EX AND TOLD HER WHAT WAS GOING ON...AGAIN AND THAT I HAD DEVY WITH ME AND THAT WE WERE JUST GOING TO BE THERE UNTIL I HEARD FROM HER OR MY DAD WAS ABLE TO GET MY SON( MY FATHER WAS LIVING WITH AND TAKING CARE OF MY UNCLE WHO WAS DYING OF CANCER AND THIS WAS JUST TO MUCH FOR HIM) I TRIED COUPLE MORE TIMES THRU THE DAY BUT NO RESPONSE. SO WHEN THEY BROKE DOWN THE FRONT DOOR AND PULLED GUNS ON ME,MY CHILD AND THE HOMEOWNER WHO LIVED THERE TO BUTREPORT COMMENTS

We must stand together and press on in a progressive fashion. There is more power in numbers!!!! I am dealing with CPS a third time due to a NASTY custody battle. Along with signing this petition, I have contacted CNN News, ABC News, NBC News, Dr. Phil, a # of Government officials, the only one that responded was Robert Casey (United States Senator), his reply was "As a Federal official, I am unable to take direct action on matters related to these agencies" What a bunch of BULLS##T, I'll bet if were a family member of his, he would try and do something about it. Seems like nobody real cares about this kids' life's being destroyed by this CORRUPT agency CPS, They all fail to realize that the poor innocent kids are hurting more than the parents !!!!
