I was taken from my mom when I was 10 and ended up at my aunts who was abusive. It ruined six years of my life yet when i was REALLY in danger the social worker didn't take me seriously. My mother was a great woman and they abused their rights by taking me from her. Now, my spiteful ex lied to cps and they feel they should harass me when they have no proof of any crime or neglectful behavior (my baby is perfectly happy and healthy) CPS abuse their power just like the police. My grandson has been forever effected by these corruptions within the CPS and family court corruptions throughout the United States as well as other counties....I have many many documentations of what has taken place here in Madison County, IL against the protective mother and her family....which started in 2003 which the child's mother was threatened jail time unless she signed a joint custody order with her then x-boyfriend that was arrested for domestic violence against her and the infant child...Our family has spent thousand's of $$$$ to try and get justice for the abuse that the father and then girlfriend caused against the child and the protective mother and the protective child's maternal family...these people have illegally been awarded sole custody due to access/visitation fatherhood funds to get the father out of paying child support and to get back at the protective parent for reporting domestic violence and or child abuse. I have gained major knowledge about what is actually going on within these illegal court cases throughout our state family courts....I is a travesty to the child that is being abused and changes the whole family forever.... I promised my grandson that I will not stop until we finally get justice for him and his loving protective family, and I will not disappoint him!!! I will continue until there is major changes regarding this travesty to our lovely innocent children...REPORT COMMENTS

Santa Clara county department of DFCS the workers are unfair, do not have the child's best interest in mind, they will manipulate you by saying there is a temporary guardianship, when there is no such thing when it comes to DFCS. This is true of EVERY state and needs to be corrected. CPS does more to destroy families than the families they illegally steal children from. Kentucky is horrible for falsifying records, not following the legal protocol for removal, and in perjury in courts to keep people's children. All monetary incentive to remove children should be done away with, as should all bonuses. A straight salary would help prevent such atrocities as illegal and unfounded removals from happening. Fayette County and Whitley County Kentucky both need to be deeply investigated and some of the workers fired and punished for breaking the law.REPORT COMMENTS

I haven't been found guilty, tried for, or even arrested for any crime. So, why exactly am I being robbed of my rights, which are clearly outlined in the Constitution of the United States of America? It's all about the cash I had my constitutional rights violated after my husband abused my kids without my knowledge there was siezure without warrant and my daughter was placed with her one of her abusers twice i felt like I was publicly whipped in the stocks and branded after my family suffered abuse I felt i was burned at the stake because of spectral evidence when is everyone gonna wake up? I would like to file a lawsuit against CPS in St. Mary's County Maryland. I have 36 victimization reports for myself & my two sons. Two men committed 28 crimes against me and my children. I voluntarily placed my sons for their protection. I worked for Social Services and thought I could trust the agency to help me. Instead they NEVER reported or investigated anyone for the crimes committed toward me and my two sons. They separated my sons in foster care. They kept interrupting my visitation rights. They breached contract with us, the extorted money from the government and my sons. They defamed and slandered me in court in front of my sons. They let rapists who sexually assaulted my 7 year old get away with raping my son. While my sons were falsely imprisoned in the system for 5 years. My sons foster mother abused my baby while she was caring for my child. I filed charges against the foster mother & they've managed to cover up her crimes to. My family deserves justice. We ate victims of domestic violence who the system revictimized. These are the reasons I am signing this petition.REPORT COMMENTS

I have been accused of false allegations and now child protective services, my case has been open for over 60 days now I have not signed anything. They want me to submit to urine test and hair follicle analysis in same day? I feel one should be enough but the system is set up to make a parent look bad plus I work and I've been missing so many days to satisfy cps investigation also my husband? I AM an defendant in family court. That is accused of being a drug addict. Yes I admit I was doing cocaine just not for the high but for the weight loss properties. My sister and I have tried numerous types of diet supplements none has proven effective for me except cocaine. I Know crazy huh. Most illegal drugs started off as legal at one point in time. I also admit that I was doing it around the time I gave birth to my last child while in the hospital I sniffed some cocaine. Now the hospital had my son for almost 2 days after I gave birth to him and there was no mention of him being positive for any substance until after they received my urine. I Believe my urine test was positive and his was negative(still have not seen the toxicity report on neither one us) hospital called CPS On the 27th of November I had my son on the 24th of November. Now for a year my son has been in my household but because I refuse to take drug abuse classes they removed my son from me on his first birthday.Now before I go further the judge ordered me to go for an drug evaluation and submit to a drug test in July or August 2014 that was administered by CAPS a drug eval health center was negative for every drug they test for but the judge still ordered me to take classes and put an order of protection while my kids were in my custody and i refused and still refused. On the 16th of Oct. I applied for a job that does on the spot drug.testing which also came back negative and was hired on the spot and started work on the 24th of October. The CPS worker came to my house after she repeatedly kept threatening me she was going to take me to court she shows up to my house by herself with a swam test that had no info on it not my name I wasn't able to initial it nothing on it which supposedly came back positive which she was able to use in court against me in court on my sons birthday. The judge has did nothing but ignore the facts presented from me because he appointed a lawyer that goes with whatever the judge and CPS worker say like I have to literally do his job for him. I FEEL LIKE I'M IN A LOSE LOSE SITUATION WITH NO ONE ON INSIDE. I Have loved and cared for this boy since the day I found out I was pregnant until they removed him and my 2 year old son out of my house. OF COURSE THERE IS A LOT MORE TRICKERY GOING ON BUT I DON'T THINK ANYONE WOULD CARE ENOUGH TO LOOK INTO THINGS LIKE THIS. I MYSELF AM A PRODUCT OF THIS CORRUPT FAMILY COURT SYSTEM. Taken from a mother who loved me and did the best she could with the little she had to a women who could not Bare or give Birth to her own and Damn near $1500.00 a month per foster child I've seen the stubs DSS WOULD SEND TO HER. SHE WAS PHYSICALLY, MENTALLY AND EMOTIONALLY ABUSED BY THIS WOMAN they said could do better than the WOMAN WHO ACTUALLY GAVE BIRTH TO ME..REPORT COMMENTS

On aug 28,2008 my ex husband now. Was outside our home in California. I was inside sleeping with my children. We had previously been staying at my sister in laws home next door. Well that night I wanted to go home so we did. When we got home it was a mess someone else had been staying there. Well my children and I went to bed. What could I do about it at night and I was tired. Well at about 1am I woke to noises outside and cop lights flashing so I went to see what was going on. And it was over after that they said I was under the influence. And they know I am.now yes I had prior drug use. Not ever been arrested for.neither my ex husband or my self . They scared me into telling them I had used before they said I wouldn't lose my kids if I did. So me being ONLY 20 I said yes I had. And they handcuffed me and my ex husband. My sister in law came over and her 20year old. They told them they could not take the kids. After that cps made me leave my ex husband. So that made everything way harder I could not get another place work do ton of classes and pay rent to stay somewhere else, they made me leave the home I had. I soon relapsed. And my addiction was way harder to fight I believe I was set up for failure they lied about alot of stuff well my ex got his uncle to try to get the kuds and he did. Once thst happened I had no chance at getting them back I moved to Alabama and went to the lovelady center which is a Christiann based program. I graduated I flew back and forth to California five times for them to make it seem as if I was gonna get them ONLY for my court apointed attorney to sit there rocking and not even defend me. I did not have money for a lawyer wish I would have. I have been clean four years have wesley n sapphire s full blood sister. Who is 3years old. My ex uncle and wife went before a judge asking for no contact order right after ladt court date because my son got upset after he would talk to me. They told cps had done that. So I have not seen or talked to them in 4 years. I dont know what to do they did not have a warrant or anything to take my kids but they did and want them back ive heard from family he has punched my son in the face. Im so scared something bad is gonna happen. But they have lots of money and have cut everyone out of their lives. No one I talk to can see or talk to the kids. There acting as if I never existed and was a bad mother. I need help. Now I own my home teo vechiles and am remarried raising Nevaeh their sister from same father.and she knows all about them.
