Mine and my grandson's 4th & 14th Amendment Rights were violated by DCF 2/2014. On 2/18/14 I was lied to and was threatened to be arrested unless I handed my grandson over willingly. I refused. It was all so INSANE! Then 2/26 5 police officers refused to remove him after they threatened to break my door down, searched my home and was interrogated by a DCF CPI worker with NO PROBABLE CAUSE OR SEARCH WARRANT but were unaware the police had favored on my behalf because after they left, the CPI returned and LIED by telling me the police wanted to meet with them the following day at the DCF office and DCF literally KIDNAPPED my precious grandson! 6 months later with a hired attorney we were able to produce the police report from 2/26 which clearly stated 'COMPLAINT UNFOUNDED' and contradicted ALL THE VICIOUS LIES DCF perjured themselves about me! Cyfd said I coached my daughter who said her father molested her. My older daughter says she has reoccurring nightmares, and attempted suicide in his care. I left him because of domestic violence, and suffer ptsd. Full custody was rewarded to him and I have supervised visits. I wasn't even allowed to show my evidence or witnesses. CPS wrote a report allowing the court to place my 17 month old Son with my abusive soon to be ex husband, who continues to lie and manipulate the system. CPS workers have lied about not being able to contact me as well as have lied about me not contacting them. What Mother wouldn't cooperate with an investigation regarding their child. I myself been involved in the cps. My nieces and nephew been place in my care without getting paid because of my husband background record but the cps still approve them to be in my care and I even agree to it because my nieces and nephew is everthing to me. 3Months into my care the cps agree to give me guardian of the kids and I was so happy I fill like I won a lottery anome 2days before the date that they agree to sign me the guardian they called me and said they are picking up the kids due to some concern they have. The concern is that the kids are having unsupervise visit with there mom and another one they said I cant get the guardian of the kids because they talk to the cps lawyer and they said I cant because of my husband record...first concern is not true the kids hardly seen there she not allow to sleep at my house yes she see her kids if I bring them over to where she staying but she nevee have any unsupervise visit with the kids. Second concern is the guardian I ask them why they agree to give me the kids and agree to sign me guardian if they know this would happen they said oh its there fault and they are sorry for it, how come they didnt tell me that last year or how come they didnt invest that before they put the kids in my care... Now I want to know qhat my changes of suing the cps for fraud and making my family going to hell.. Im really heartbroken from all this for 4 months with them the cps never called to check how they doing I never ask them for anything if I called them about the kids paperwork they never answer the phone but if they have concern they called me real fast....they destroy my family my son is keep asking where his brother and sisters at every moning and I dont know what to tell him I go to sleep crying and wake up crying like I said this kids are my world and I really want them with me but cps dint follow there words...so can someone help me out of qhat my changes of suing them what do I need to do first the cps admiy its there fault....thanks in advance Looking for help Family in Anchorage AlaskaREPORT COMMENTS

My case has been on going for over 25 years. My exwife took off with my son and changed his name. I didn't see him or hear anything for 7 years then out of the blue he calls and wants to come live with me. He was 13 at the time. He remained with me till he was 19 and went off on his own. All during this time my wife received welfare for my son and his half brother. Never once did welfare check to see if my son was even living with her. After he was 21 years old, welfare comes after me for child support, with compounded interest at 10%, it's over 120K, and the balance never goes down. I've been divorced for 28 years and still can't get out of the family court system. I raised my boy, and I'm still paying child to a state that I don't even live in, and no relief or remedies in sight. Lawyers just take my money, and tell me thay can't find the file the case is so old. But the family court has a 25 year old court order that says I have to pay. So my wages are garnished, while I'm still paying support to the state of California on a 33 year old man, that has his own family. This system is corrupt to the core and no way to appeal, or get out of the family system till you buy your way out. I haven't received a receipt for payments in 5 years. I have my payroll receipts, and that's all. If I don't pay my commercial driver license is suspended, and I'm an OTR truck driver. No license, no job. This is nothing but extortion, and they don't give a hoot about my ex committing welfare fraud. They've got me to keep paying till I'm dead. We as parents, have no say in what goes on, we're at the mercy of corrupt judges, and lawyers, that have created this system to enrich themselves. Right and wrong or common sense aren't considered, it's all about money, and control. Usury is a crime in this country. But it's standard operating procedure in the family courts. They placed my children into an abusive home and are making things up to keep us from giving them back. they tell us to move, but don't give us the means to do so. now they want us to pay child support although they took them in the first place. they sent a woman with OCD and a personal agenda, to take them out of our home. now my kids are miserable. they are also trying to use my grief as proof that i am mentally ill.REPORT COMMENTS

I've been a victim of cps for over a year. And everything your reading is true I moved to Santa Rosa two years ago and my two boys were taken by cps. I've been jumping though every single hoop they have told me to. My wife at the time cheated on me with a homeless drug addict and left me she is still with this woman and cps is okay with it and realest my two boys to hear and gave her a hud voucher. And left me to fend for myself. I have a large family who are supporting me through this horrible time. Cps thinks it's better for my kids to be around homeless drug addicts rather than a stable family. They have been twisting my words around and bringing up false information about me. I come to you with a broken heart, in hopes this email will not fall upon deaf ears. I and my family are one of the thousands of families nationwide suffering from legal abuse at the hands of a corrupt CPS. Please help us. Abolish CPS, and mandated reporting, they are doing way more irreparable harm than good. I have witnessed the lies and corruption that now exists because of grant money each state receives. This money has bought the system designed to help and protect children and families. The laws that govern this process are up to the interpretation of the workers within that system and therein the problem lies. These people have no business destroying families based on their opinions civil and Constitutional Rights are violated as a routine practice. In addition, they target families of low income, and minimal education on the nature of the proceedings. We ask that you investigate them and help protect this nations children who have the right to be with their biological family who will love them as only blood relations can. Our children deserve the respect and attention we are pleading for. We reject the exploitation our kids suffer in silence while providing salaries for those that take them through title V and lV funding which provides the motivation and incentive for them to be taken. In the name of my children and the thousands across the nation, I send this plea to you. I attached "Innocence Destroyed " by the late Bill Bowen him and Senator Nancy Schaefer her husband Bruce died fighting for these children and families.
