I was arrested for the 1st time in my life. Spent 2 weeks in jail with a thirty thousand dollar bond. Charged with felony cruelty to children and interference with custody. I haven't seen nor spoken to my children in over 9 months I have completed my case plan, pay child support every month for my 3 kids and no one can even tell me when I can visit my children, much less regain custody. This has gone on since April 2014 and still I can't get a straight answer on any question. My court appointed attorney has done nothong. Did I mention mothers day is Sunday? I finally got custody back of my child after i reported them five times. They wouldnt even give me the location or allow me to have the phone number even though im allowed visits. They told my daughter i didnt want to talk to her. cps dont keep children safe what they do to families are disgusting. Kids are safe where they are. My kid came home with two suits of clothes but $ 500 child support where did the money go not to my child. I cant stand them they are corrupt and they lie.REPORT COMMENTS

My son is taken away from me because i ran away from abuser boyfriend. He is in prison and gave my son to his mother. Court in albion did not gavee achance to proof. My case because i had to leave in Florida with my parents because his abuse. Juge didn't. Wanted to listen to me. The. Father lief in court and granted my son to his mother. They didn't. I started looking up my rights the second they took my children but when I tried to assert those rights they hired a GAL for me claiming I was incompetent and didn't understand what was going on. The GAL spoke for me and signed for me, but could never meet with me. My children have been split up and sent to live with relatives.REPORT COMMENTS

My Stepmother was a Director with CPS an d DHHS in Sacramento. She "accidentally" masturbated in front of me and little brother for years, later she accused him of raping her, which I know is ridiculous, she used to tell me I would be a great lay at 12 yrs old! She gave me pot at age 12 and kept an oz in the refrigerator. Her and my Dad tried to get naked in a Jacuzzi with my 17 yr od girlfriend! And later on in life she had a child I had with Holey Noonan adopted rather than helping me, she illegally interceded and hand picked my daughters new family, which scares me as her best pal was Cheryl Miller, Mother of Tara Loudin, who shot her Mother in church killing her over molestation allegations that are sick and hard to believe, and her son in laws brother is Richard Hamlin former Sac Co DA now serving life for torturing his family, this is a lot of sickness all close to my stepmother the CPS director.!REPORT COMMENTS

I moved to ky in november dcbs removed my kids over a case that I completed almost a year earlier in nc. I did everything they ask of me there and my case was closed before I moved. Now I have to do the same stuff over again with oit my children. Plus I have ample proff that the sw lied but tbe judge wont look at. I also have been a victim of the Everett/Lynnwood cps office. I am just appalled at what has taken place. First off cps lied to the judge to gain custody of my great niece who had lived with me for a year prior to her kidnapping by cps, they told the judge that I had drove to Everett and kidnapped my great niece, which was far from the truth. I had been receiving state benefits (foodstamps)and receiving child support through dcs for said child, 2 of dshs entities, but cps still insist that I kidnapped her. All this because mother of child did not file a paper with the courts giving me guardianship, but yet I could receive benefits and childsupport. cps took my kids away 2 years ago and now they want to adopt them off i have a disease called addiction i went an intensive out patient treatment program and graduated then had a relapse so i went to a inpatient treatment and graduated did the iop again graduated then had an argument with my wife got a domestic violence charge and now they say im done my kids are going to be adopted off i have done everything they told me and still wont give my kids back i had a dis-functional family but at least I had a family and cps ripped it apart now i have no family at all they say they are all about helping families then why am i by myself . myself is not a family. I have turned my life around have been clean and sober for nine months am going to college to become a chemical dependency counselor to help other people with the disease of addiction and still wont give my kids back going to be adopted off what kind of people do this. I am just praying to god he can show cps the real meaning of family.REPORT COMMENTS

Was told me and my daughter had to sign 'Safty Plan" when I was the one making a report and asking for help from CPS on an issue to get my daughter some help; I had ask 4 times for help and when I went in and ask for numbers to the State of VA office to complain on local services found myself as the one making the report under a "protective order" but , yet my daughter had to be with me or my ex wife. The case is on going and crazy. Due to my own , finding some help for my daughter she is getting it but, being torn apart by CPS as they are on a which hunt to try and find something that I may have done wrong. The complaint I made had nothing to do with me or my ex but my daughter dating an 19 yr old and she is 15 and come to find out there is no dating laws. But she fell behind in school and I was trying to get the right steps in place to handle the truancy. Now , Im in court trying to prove I didn't neglect her but, no one can tell me or my ex what the neglect is since "I " made the report and the police even found the complaint on the boyfriend of "contributing" unfounded. So im toltally lost other than the fact I ruffled there feathers.REPORT COMMENTS
