Cps is the most black market for selling off children and pushing drugs on them, especially minorities and African americans. There is a case where the attorneys' misrepresented their clients and one attorney should not have had this case because she was running for the County attorney's seat and is currently serving as the County attorney, and the appellant attorney has moved immediately from the location where he met the clients and filed a false appeal, because he only took the husband back to court because the husband did not have legal representation in the wife's trial, The children was taken away from great parents and their rights were taken away illegally, the oldest child ran away from the Davis home and submitted a statement to the authorities in Brenham and Cps and the attorneys' ignored this only to send this child away to different foster care ;units and she has ran away from them as well only to find out that she has been raped, prostituted out and given numerous drugs, the home never reported her missing, they lied. They have security guard saying that they are not paid enough to stop fights and allow others to abuse the ones in these facilities, This is the most cruel system Texas has, I want you governmental signing law makers to know that God sees all of the deception going on in your sick minds and He has a down low place for you low down people, I have something to look forward to when God returns can you say the same -

Reiterating the above sentiments and including my beliefs that a focused investigation of the collusion and widespread corruption throughout Wisconsin's Waukesha County Family Court System, Waukesha County Sheriff's Dept., and DHHS/CPS. A glimpse into a small part, of one example is: A GAL was appointed for the minor children in a case where the GAL has personal connections with one of the parents; this same GAL is the overseeing judge's commissioner; this same GAL is the wife of a judge in the same county. Evidenced by this GAL's actions, as well as lack of action, she is incapable of impartiality. She forms opinions and comes to conclusions through gathering information from one side (the side with which she has personal connections), her bias beginning prior to the first contact/ first meeting with "the other side." Additionally, since I have repeatedly heard the same statements/sentiments from many different individuals, from many different backgrounds, under many different circumstances......It seems to me it is well known and widely understood the attorneys and judges in this county, routinely have ex parte communications. There is also a widespread, commonly held, public opinion that the people in power, the attorneys (including GAL's), judges, CPS, family court services, social workers, law enforcement, etc...... "is an incestuous bunch." This alone should be a red flag to anyone who is in charge of, or responsible for, overseeing these systems and ensuring justice. None of them recognizing, taking into consideration, or showing any concern for the children. The children who they are supposed to be representing and protecting. The children who are truly vulnerable and have, time and time again, become the voiceless, powerless victims of the entire system.REPORT COMMENTS

They don't have the right to say she I unsafe, she was perfect! Perfectly healthy, perfectly happy, It's not right. It has to stop. If u speak to a child before u try to address an adult, u are a stranger to my child & u should not be able to address them or I u see a child without notifying the parentS first & u know damn well they are perfectly fine if that kid has smiles on there face at any time u know they are fine. My daughter Krsna Lysette Thrush (3yrs) and I are victims to 'legal' kidnapping by Jefferson County Colorado and an unlawful TPR motion that I lost. Judge Ann Meinster completely disregarded the Divisions unlawful and unethical conduct throughout the course of the case. The Division with-held visits from me in an excess of 60 days which was in violation of the court ordered treatment plan and yet nothing was done to resolve this. I paid for my own services for 5 months in order to comply with the court ordered treatment plan when the Division failed to provide me with services that were also court ordered. The courts enforced a child support order that was so excessive I was only making $30 to $40 a month from my earned wages and paying out to the Division $1000 a month. They even garnished my SSDI payments. The case worker said I do not recall over fifty times on stand at my TPR trial when questioned about the services and efforts made by the Division during the course of the case and yet still the judge ruled in favor of the termination citing mental health as the reason. The only testimony about my mental health presented other then the case workers narrative of lies was from a doctor at Cedar Springs who testified that it only took me four days of being put on the right medications before I made a complete turn around, talking about an inpatient hospital stay a year prior to the trial. Meanwhile I was not allowed to introduce a letter from my current mental health providers stating that I was not only stable, but also had sought out services all my own and paid for on my own, and additionally were never once contacted by the case worker even after my mental health providers reached out to her on several occasions. The GAL refused to allow my daughters play therapist to be introduced as a witness unlawfully using LAN to withhold information from the court about what was in my daughters best interest. Please Help! My little girl was stolen from me by Jefferson County Colorado so they could make money from adopting her out. I have filed an appeal that is still waiting to be reviewed. I have not seen my daughter since Jan. 30 2015 where I was forced to tell her she could never see me again.REPORT COMMENTS

my daughter was taken by Saint Charles Missouri family court I was denied legal assistance. When I said that I could not afford one I was told that I did not need one and I believed them. I was never given copies of ANY documencompletewhen i was close to completing my service plan, they changed it by adding weekly therapy that was not recommended in my mental health evaluation. They said i had no choice and i ended up letting guardianship go to a paternal family member when i was unable to complete it all and her one year was approaching and they said that was my deadline or ill lose parental rights.
