My niece got taken away in Tucson Arizona. The case worker handling the case is super biased and on the foster parents side. I have tried to get a home inspection and an icpc and haven't done it and I've asked for months. The case worker told me that because I was raised by my mother and seeing how my sisters baby got taken away that she's concerned and doesn't want me to have my niece even though I am my own person. I have been fighting this extremely corrupt organization for two years now, they kidnapped my grandbabies from me. And are now trying to give them up for adoption,,, But I'm still fighting, and I'll never so top no matter what lies they throw out there to the judge....... Trying to save my family from a corrupt system, that is all about the money, not about helping put family's back together, that is the last thing they are about, Read Senator Nancy Shaffer's report that she read in front of the house, after her investigation of CPS, She said they are the ''WORLD'S'' largest Child Trafficking Organization"" She and her were shot to death in their sleep for what she exposed about CPS aka "government" she paid for what she knew"" Its about time we all stand up and fight and blow the phones up to are top state official and right on down the line.. See I am NOT the ONLY ONE This has happened to, Every parent needs to be aware of what could one day happen to you and your kids also...I have tried for years to do what ever I needed to to get my kids back, but with out the financial ability to hire a private attorney to fight for my kids and me CPS has created a file full of lies and false allegations about me and taken my kid's and moved them from one foster home, psych hospitals (where BOTH of my sons have been overly drugged with different psych meds that in all actuality they DON'T REALLY NEED, but CPS kept taking them to different psychiatrist that would falsely diagnose my sons with different psychological disorders that they REALLY DON'T SUFFER FROM, just so the State Of Texas would receive more and more grant money for each one of their so called "disorders" they "suffer" from!) to another. Then they where placed with family, then when finally my children where settled in with family another false report was made about this family member and there came CPS to take the kids once again into custody and even though it has been over a year since that happened and the allegations that family member was accused of never was able to be proven to be true, so please tell me why my kids are still in the system? Why aren't they allowed to be returned there, with family (since the kids all want to be back with me but I didn't know how to go about fighting CPS to get them back, but I have stayed quiet and scared way to long...I'm NOT going to allow the "system" to intimidate me ANYMORE, i have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO HIDE! I have faith in the God and I know that he know's who my children should be with (and even though I have not always been "perfect" God know's I'm NOT the same person as before, even though the reasoning behind CPS taking my kids where LIES, AND FALSE ALLEGATIONS and/or their perception of the "truth" -they would twist my words or statements against me to make it seem a lot worse than it really was, for example the caseworker came to visit me once, 2 wks after she took the kids from me to supposedly "check in on me & to see how I was doing" and she asked me how I was doing and of course I wasn't doing very well since my kids had been taken from me, so crying I told her "Not very well, I can't eat or sleep because I miss my kids, Well when we went to court she stated that I wasn't "psychologically or emotionally stable and she said that I even appeared to be suicidal, which is a LIE, yes I was suffering from depression caused by THEM (CPS) taking my kids from me and not knowing how my kids where doing, or where they where at and not knowing when I would be able to get them back or if I would be able to get them back because with a court appointed lawyer that is working hand and hand with the DA that obviously is in cahoots with Child "protective" Services...you will never win! But my kid's and I have suffered long enough,I'm sick and tired of them playing with my childrens lives and tREPORT COMMENTS

The social worker forced me into signing a safety plan and had no evidence. Kidnapped my children 2xs from me and that was after the judge signed my kids back to me the same day they said they changed their minds. They had no evidence at all they lied in their reports had stolen reports from when I was a minor. It was crazy. And it killed me and my kids taken for 7 months the social worker is on Facebook on her page all photos of her is with alcohol drinks. SHE LIED LIED LIED AND HER SUPERVISER DID TO Under Oath. My attorney court appointed was taking there side . 10 years later I finally get to see a copy of my file and they said my kids were sexual molested and in danger omg i can't stop crying because they never been abused I never spank them and there always clean and we had food so I still look for them after 1 years of completing c p s plan they took 4years to say reunite kids one judge said then cps moved to another court and they said terminate rights that's were they were all on the same team (fence) Against me);REPORT COMMENTS

As a grandmother who is dealing with cps trying to save my Grandchildren from the nightmare they took them from there Mother 2011 placed them with us I accidentally scratched my granddaughter they allowed her the mother to say she no longer wanted the kids at our home so came took them placed them in foster Care for a Year we got them back I hot on to my grandson for setting our bathroom on fire oldest grand daughter recorded it sent it to their Mother she was allowed to once again call cps and they came and took them again these children have been moved form place to place 5 times this situation has been going on for 4 years with cps I am asking for some to help us stop this nightmare that's mentally killing our grandchildren!! If there's a Government officials reading this or a Lawyer we need help to get them back in stable home I don't understand if the Schools can discipline our Children and its alright but guardians of the Children can't because cps says if you use physical punishment it's considered abuse! How much since does that make but it's okay to place them in juvenile,jail,even prison when they don't obey the law. SOMETHING IS VERY WRONG WITH CPS RIPPING FAMILIES !!!!!!!!REPORT COMMENTS
