They violated my 4th n 14th amendments in December 2015, took my kids to a whole another city... it's been almost 60 day's and I have only had a detention hearing., my due process doesn't mean nithing, nobody to help, plz help me... plz I'm begging anybody... HELP -

I am a victim of corruption from the Family Court in Lehigh County in Allentown, Pennsylvania, CYS in Lehigh County, The Domestic Relations Office in Allentown, PA, and even the Fogelsville State Police Barracks in a suburb of Allentown. I have documentation to prove that on all these agencies that they have either lied, obstructed justice, disregarded proper procedure, etc. What are the odds that that many state/county agencies are all corrupt in one City within a mile of each other? The FBI in July of 2015 raided the Allentown Mayor's office and they need to do the same with these other offices. Lehigh in Pennsylvania is literally hell on earth and its ruling authorities deserves a full Federal investigation.REPORT COMMENTS

They focus more on breaking good homes than focusing on homes that help. I was a victim of domestic violence and they ripped my son from me. I finally called the police after being physically, mentally, financially, spiritually ABUSED FOR MANY YEARS by my husband that almost killed me. He is facing charges for abusing a peace officer with a weapon in connection with my OFP. FOR ALMOST A YEAR NOW, HE HAS BEEN ALLOWED TO CONTINUE HARMING ME FINANCIALLY, EMOTIONALLY THROUGH THE DAKOTA COUNTY MINNESOTA COURT SYSTEM, I HAVE STILL NOT FOUND ONE PERSON OR ORGANIZATION I CAN GO TO FOR HELP DURING OUR DIVORCE TO PROTECT ME!!!!! I had 3 children taken from me while I was hospitalized. Their father was on drugs but we were serrated and had been for 10 months. In less than 6 months my rights had been terminated and I have not seen my kids in 10 years. There is now a huge investigation on Jefferson County Colorado CPS. I will do all I can so my case makes it into the investigation as well as all the others that have been wrongfuly ripped from their parents.REPORT COMMENTS

Knoxville, TN CPS needs to be held accountable for ripping children out of homes and not working to have them placed with caring, willing, and able relatives. Even keeping them from possibly knowing and having a relationship with their siblings. They fight to keep cases from being transferred with the children when placed out of state with relatives, making it nearly impossible for the family members especially if they have limited means. This is happening around the country, becoming more about they money then what's best for the families, especially the children. Please help stop this legalized kidnapping of children!REPORT COMMENTS

They took my granddaughters two boys on first complaint, February 2014. Even criminals get probation first time offence. Jessica Carter was in the wrong place at wrong time. She actually thought they were going to Walmart to shop and while there, her friend Jennifer Nicholson decided to walk across the street and meet a drug dealer. This was not Jesse's drug deal, nor her drugs. Not only this, they only took Jessica's kids and not the kids of Jennifer Nicholson, because Jennifer denied everything. I think that Jessica should have been placed on probation. Now that this has happened, Jesse's boyfriend went to prison and Jesse didn't follow the rules in place to have the boys returned. But on the 15th of October 2014, there was a meeting at my home with 3 people from DSS, along with myself, Paula Harris (grandmother) James Harris (grandfather) and Jessica Carter. James and I were told that the meeting was to transition the boys back here, at home, where Jesse, Kayden and Ryan were living at the time. I didn't learn until late March 2015, that the boys were not coming home. As soon as I learned this, I went straight to see a lawyer in Leesburg, Charles Koehler. Mr. Koehler advised me to have Jesse move out. The very next day Jesse moved to Strerling. Jesse had court on 14 April 2015, James and I went for support. Gay Allen at DSS told me that day, that with all the paperwork, fingerprints, FBI background check, driving records, TB test, etc... We could now have visitation with the boys. When I called for a visit, Gay Mason Allen says "well no", your paperwork expired. I didn't argue, but we repeated the paperwork and still denied of any visits. At this time, Gay Allen gave me the phone numbers for Dorothy Harriman and Beth Mason at DSS in Winchester, Virginia. I called right away and started the process all over. Now by this time I'm talking with a lawyer and decided I'd let him handle everything. Gay Allen at DSS also said, now we have to go to PRIDE, classes to become foster parents. We did everything told to us...still denied everything. We have been to court in Clarke County, Virginia, 3 times, once with a Judge Kimberly Athey. This was one of the most unprofessional Judge I have ever witnessed. The first hour and forty minutes, she diddled with her cell phone, computer and printer. I was watching the clock as I was paying $250 to $500 and hour for a lawyer, while she laughed about not being able to figure things out. Finally the clerk, Lisa McDonald came in and straightened things out and got the printer to work. Not only was I paying a lawyer all this money, but there was the lawyer for DSS, Beth Coyne, GAL for Kayden, Courtney Warner, Jesse's lawyer, the father to Ryan, his lawyer, the father to Kayden, his lawyer and the staff from DSS. Lots of tax payers money wasted this day. Judge Athey rolled her eyes and snickered with DSS and Beth Coyne the entire time. Next we had a Judge Alexander Iden out of Winchester, the we appealed to circuitREPORT COMMENTS

Tulare County took my children from my sisters house and they didn't even live their..tulare county has lied and distroyed evedidence about me and my family just so they can keep all four of my kids for their bonuses. Tulare County has to be stopped they are using our children and placing them into foster homes were they are being abused physically and sexually.... My children were taken away due to a false charge made by Phoenix police dept because they wanted to get back at my husband for chatising them as he was arrested. They stated he hit my child which was lie. Needed a reason to get DCS involved. Then DCS worker takes offense to comment made by my spouse, calls him a bigot and then out of the blue, recommendation to remove my kid is reviewed with supervisor. I fought them as we had no neglect nor abuse of children up til they filed petition with court. Filed 7/27/2015 and one allegation was that I would not do an order of protection which I did serve my spouse on 7/23/15. They allege not protecting children from father but he had moved out before DCS workers first visit on 6/28/15. Everything was fine with worker til she did a no call no show for an appt she set up and my spouse called her supervisor and her supervisor's supervisor. Stirred the pot so everyone at DCS banded together and violated my parent rights. Dependency court and court appointed lawyers are doing nothing but going along with DCS which are doing nothing about my services of my case plan. It will be six months in February since removal and case worker flat out told me I will not get my kids back in February. Its there fault for this delay but they still get away with basically emotional abuse to children and civil right violations for parentsREPORT COMMENTS

We are facing the same thing here in Clarke County, Virginia. The DSS workers, Michael "Toby" Austin and Gay Allen have removed our special needs grandson and will not return him with his family. We have paid lawyers and been to court three times, just to be denied of any rights. These people are corrupt, liers, manipulators, along their lawyer, the Judges in the case, and with my grandson's GAL. It is one thing to take a beating in court, but to take a beating based on LIES is a whole nother thing. Gay Allen, this 70 year old woman took the stand, sat there with a straight face and lied. I was in total shock, dumbfounded. Then there was the babysitter for the department, 50 plus year old, April Strowbrdge, that had been to my house last Christmas, put my special needs grandson in the corner, 90% of a 2 hour visit. She got on the witness stand and denied the allegation I had made against her to the department. I actually expected this of her. She has denied it all along. All I can say, is she's a flat out Liar. My husband, myself and my granddaughter, and Kayden' s brother witnessed this. Of course the department takes her side, them all being lying corrupt people. I don't even want to refer to these people as human, because they aren't. I putting together everything I can use against these people, and I will mail letters to every county in the state of Virginia, and I won't stop until they return Kayden. Kayden is now with a foster family, that also had his brother Ryan, but since Ryan Isn't special needs, they don't rake in the money like they do with Kayden, and they tossed Ryan out. They can't tell me it Isn't for the money. These people have 1 biological child and the other 7 children came from foster, most are special need s. They also work with mom in motion that brings in and pays for all the extra help. This is all paid for by tax payers money. By being corrupt and not returning kids to family, it's a Big money making game for the state of Virginia. The family that has Kayden has moved all over Virginia, Pennsylvania and Maryland 11 times in their 12 year marriage.REPORT COMMENTS

Indianapolis In. Very corrupt DCS and family court. People need to realize how EASY this can also happen to YOU! CPS is out of control, and it is a child racketeering ring. The federal money causes corruption from every corner, and the case workers are paid to take your child and don't have to answer to ANYONE and this has got to change. Our smallest citizens are being ripped from their families and tortured on a daily basis. They're being medicated without parental consent to keep them calm while they've been kidnapped. This is so wrong and it's really tearing families apart. These DCS workers can say whatever they want against you without proof, and you are GUILTY until proven innocent! If CPS ever comes knocking- don't let them in no matter what. Once you let them in that door- they can twist your words and use them anyway they see fit to rip your child away from you!REPORT COMMENTS
