Our animals should be listed in the Penal law, not under the AG, they'll continue to suffer. It's a known fact that the laws we have now isn't doing a world of good towards protecting our animals from cruel treatment. We need stronger Laws and Judges protecting them more then ever before. That's the only way these evil minded individuals will ever understand. Knowing there's stronger laws in place and not just getting a simple slap on the wrist and setting them free to do it over again and even to a child as well.REPORT COMMENTS

This law is very overdue. There is absolutely no reason why these animals are NOT protected!! They can not voice for themselves or press charges on those that have abused them Stowe have to! Just because they are animals it does not mean they are less important than humans! Many have pets that are considered family members as my dog and cat are. There is no reason or need for them to suffer needlessly at the hands of evil human beings.REPORT COMMENTS
