The time has come to enact tough laws and enforce them to stop the rampant animal abuse in the USA. We are tired of abusers getting a slap on the wrist. They need JAIL TIME. Without the laws being harsher the abusers figure what the heck I can abuse without consequence. Make laws and enforce them please.
