    All I can say is go to a slaughter plant in like Mexico and see for your selves what happens. Then please let me know if you that is cruel and unusual punishment for just being a Horse!!!!

    Horse slaughter is illegal already. Horses cannot be slaughtered in compliance with the Humane Slaughter Act. Horses are not food animals and their veterinary medications and many other widely used products contain substances that are explicitly banned from the human food chain. Horse slaughter is a corrupt, predatory business where many of the horses are stolen or obtained by other fraudulent means. It makes absolutely NO sense to permit this illegal and immoral activity to go on.

    I believe in you Mr.President.I voted for you twice because we have the same ideas and want what is good for the people and our country.I am against Horse Slaughter in the U.S.A. and shipping our horses to other Countries for slaughter I believed you were against it to.You are in a unique possition to do some great use your power and Help please. This law gives the President of the United States the authority to, by executive order, restrict the use of particular public land owned by the federal government.
