Hello I am pleading for the S1789 to be made retro active. I am peading because I have a husband in Fedreal prison. He has children boys, that need a father in the house. He knows his wrongs and has changed he desreves a chance. Also this can save familes, the next generation needs their moms and dads. The people who are freed due to the law being retroactive, who have truely changed will be a success. those who have not learned form all of this will not change. One thing is for sure there are three ways this can play out. A funeral cause the street way of life is deadly. Jail cause if you havent learned you will go back. Or SUCCESS! A chance will only tell the story. Thank you for what you all have done thus far.. There are some people men and women in prison that have turned their life around for real.REPORT COMMENTS
