It's bad and so sad when a child can figure out the economics behind selling drugs as opposed to legally obtaining employment. We need the knowledge to enter and compete in the real work world. We need to start teaching work related skills in Jr. High. If the sentence guideline was deemed to be harsh and and unfair, then it is harsh and unfair for those who were already sentenced under the old law and they deserve the right to relief by requesting to be re-sentenced pursuant to the new guidelines.REPORT COMMENTS
