'Fair' is only 'fair' if it applies to all; therefore, the new law, must be retroactive, in order to ensure fairness for all.
The Family Court processes are UNJUST and UNCONSTITUTIONAL, the process relies on the Judge's opinion and decision, which can easily be bought, putting our children's best interest on the market to be bought.
The men and women are currently serving entirely too much time & long harsh prison term under the old law for drug convictions, where other offenders who have done worse things such as rape and molestation get lesser time.
