Its the LAWS!!! Our LAWS have been written in a way, that it basically FORCES the Judges, Magistrates, and Police Officers to BELIEVE every accusation, until it is PROVEN to not be true! The feminists have been lobbying Federal AND state governments to enact laws, that "believe" the accuser. Hillary Clinton even flat-out said it! She was quoted as saying, "what we need is law enforcement who believes the accuser, unless the evidence says otherwise". THAT, my fellow humans, is literally GUILTY, until PROVEN innocent... the EXACT OPOPOSITE of how our criminal justice system is supposed to be built upon.... and it is also unbelievably flawed. How do you prove a negative? You can't! That's why there are an UNKOWN number of completely innocent people locked in cages right now, and the liars, manipulators, and false accusers are completely free, to lie and accuse anyone they want, with NO RISK whatsoever for lying under oath... Its FELONY perjury in all states, but NEVER prosecuted... EVER. 2-3 million protective orders / restraining orders issued EVERY year in America... ZERO prosecutions for lying to get one... NEVER! They get caught in lies all the time, and the court workers give them a PASS, because "battered women syndrome"... more like vicious, manipulative, FELON syndrome!! START PROSECUTING these KNOWN liars... a lot of them ADMIT that they lied under oath, and falsely accused... PROSECUTE THEM!! The bottom line is: If a female says she is "in danger" and claims domestic abuse or sexual assault, the courts WILL TAKE ACTION and BELIEVE her story, until it is somehow proven to be untrue (that's nearly impossible to prove a negative). YES, my fellow human beings... it is LITERALLY GUILTY, until the man can PROVE he did NOT do what he's accused of! The burden of proof is supposed to be on the ACCUSER... not the accused! The feminists have LITERALLY changed the LAWS, to the EXACT opposite of what they are supposed to be!... and now, they can CONTROL and EXTORT money from innocent men, with the HELP of our government and law enforcement. I have seen it with my own eyes, and I continue to see it every day. It won't stop, until our government CHANGES the current LAWS... and that will probably take a honest female politician, because ANY man that tries to change it, will be attacked and labelled a "domestic abuser" because he "doesn't care" about "violence against women".... This is hurting the REAL VICTIMS of domestic abuse AND the completely innocent people that are being kicked out of their own homes and thrown in jail, all over a complete lie. This has been going on for YEARS! Our LAWMAKERS need to STOP it!!! At the FEDERAL level AND STATE level!!! This is happening to innocent men, EVERY SINGLE DAY. Intelligent men won't even communicate with females, until these LAWS are changed. There is NO BURDEN of PROOF for the accuser.... If you make an accusation, and stick to your story, the accused WILL be considered GUILTY!! Yes, it is LITERALLY that simple... I can PROVE IT... but none of our lawmakers, government officials, or LEO'S care, because THEY know it too! "Yeah, its sad... that's just the way it is" "Stay away from women, they say"... isn't that BLAMING the VICTIM? Yes, that's exactly what it is... but its okay, because its a MAN being blamed.. like usual. They even falsely accuse COPS and court workers to try to control and manipulate the system... and sometimes the cops can't stop it... because of the way our LAWS are written.... RETURN our criminal justice system to INNOCENT, until PROVEN GUILTY of a CRIME in a fair court of law... NO EXCEPTIONS!!... and PROSECUTE the KNOWN, ADMITTED LIARS, who LIE UNDER OATH!!! Its already against the law... start PROSECUTING IT! There is a WORLDWIDE, GLOBAL movement called MGTOW... it stands for Men Going Their OWN WAY. NO, I'm not a "member", but my views are the same. This is a GLOBAL movement of STRAIGHT men, who absolutely REFUSE to be in a relationship with ANY woman, or even communicate with them, because they are NOT WILLING to RISK being falsely accused of domestic abuse, sexual assault, or RAPE, and have their entire life DESTROYED and be locked in jail or prison, over a complete lie.... they have seen way too many family members, friends, celebrities, and even law enforcement officers get falsely accused... and it usually works PERFECTLY for the accuser... they can't lose. They just keep lying until they get their way... and the government and law enforcement are their "muscle". This is a real thing they're are women out there who do this and its horrible it ruins mens lives. I have seen it first hand! My sons ex girlfriend has done this to him the boy she dated before him and her ex husband! She is twisted and manipulative. One day she went as far as saying you seen him hit me and you let him. Mind you there were 10 other people standing in that same room and none of us seen him touch her but she insisted he did. I knew right then she was crazy and I begged my son to stay away from her. I knew she was twisted who would do such a thing and why?? My son falsely went to jail for hitting her she didn't have one mark on her but my son had scratches and marks all over him. Because her father was friends with the D E A and she cried wolf my son ended up in jail. She continues to do this to guys and nothing happens to her because she plays the victim so well and convinces others to believe her.REPORT COMMENTS

My husband is going through the same thing. He is doing everything by the book. However she paints him out to be a monster. She changes the rules as she goes, she does not follow court orders. We have been forced by her attorney to make a down payment on her a new car, pay her cell phone and storage for her things, child support through attorney general, then again through the attorney (double dipping on C.S.), and pay her attorney fees or he has been threatened they will send him to jail for 6 months. We have been doing this for 5 years now. We cant even afford an attorney of our own because of this. She has held the kid for 6+ months, won't answer the phone. The ex wife will not let the little girl see My husband's parents, or be around me because she says we are trash and she is better than us. I am a nurse who is currently working on getting My nurse practitioner and My husband is a millwright with the union, also my husband is a combat veteran , so it's not like we are deadbeats or trash My husband just wants to see his kid. We talked to one attorney she sucked up 3000 in phone calls, we never stepped foot into the court room. We tried talking to a another attorney and he said basically mothers have all the right regardless if she lies and manipulates the situation. I am currently fighting against false testimony my wife gave to authorities. It is a living night mare I know she has a mental disorder (borderline Personality disorder) my opinion. She does meet most of the criteria. Unfortunately you can not use that as a defense. It has been 18 months I am going to trial next month. This will have cost me over $30k. She exploited 100's of thousands of dollars from me in the 12 years we where together. It is almost impossible to have a great divorce attorney and fight criminal charges at the same time. The prosecutor is young and has women that wants me to burn. Another personality trait of disorder. I never cheated on her and I paid for the majority of the house expenses and help her kids through college because there Father lost all there money month before starting college. Ex claimed i "assaulted" her in the horse shoe parking lot of a elementary school while kids are being dropped off for school. Out of the 100 or so moms/dads that witnessed the incident not one came forward. So officer doesn't arrest me, but my ex requests that the officer file a report. After officer does that the D.A. gets the report and decides not to charge me. Then we go to court and judge finds by a " preponderance of the evidence" to give her a DV restraining order against me. Which now means, if i want joint legal and joint physical custody of my son, i would need to take 52 weeks of domestic violence classes. She used the key words "in fear of my life" which is such a joke.REPORT COMMENTS

My nephew is going to have to stand trial for domestic violence because a woman he hardly knew (and who he foolishly let stay at his house because she was going thru a divorce and said she had no where to go) wrecked his house and stole his phone so that he could not call police. He attempted to restrain her by grabbing her shoulders to keep her from doing more damage but someone called police and now he's accused of a felony strangulation. He has never hit anyone in his life. He never hurt her. But no one even bothered to ask him his side of the story. She has brain damage from an athletic injury and is on drugs and alcohol and has had numerous arrests. He has never been in trouble. They only believe her. Please pray for him. She is making up stories now about us moving to Wisconsin to start over from abuse....but it really was about moving away because she had a child by a different man. Yesterday, she wrote on facebook about a friend would always come over on Saturday morning to check for bruises and protect her.....actually that friendship ended when that friend's family member caught the two of them playing footsie with the other in the presence of both of us spouses. I think that friend came over to see my ex. early in the morning to see her braless. At first, I thought it was about a bad brain injury she had gotten.....but now I think she is using these made up stories because I don't have anything to do with her and I have been remarried for almost 17 years. She just turned 63 and is becoming bitter because she doesn't have a serious relationship. Something should be done to be able to stop these stories on social media.REPORT COMMENTS

I am going through this right now. I asked my wife for a divorce and she falsely alleged domestic violence. She then went as far as to call the police at my place of work for violating a no contact order (though I was not charged since that was also a false allegation). I was arrested twice due to mandatory arrest laws. This is ruining my life and career and she faces zero consequences for her harassment. Something needs to change.REPORT COMMENTS

Being falsely accused doesn't end with proving your innocence. You then have the arrest being in the public record and published on the internet. This further victimizes you and is a constant threat to destroy your employment, housing, and social circles.
