It is completely unfair that someone can run up credit cards buying crap and have that discharged in bankruptcy, but someone who took out loans for an education and hasn't made much money cannot. We are the only country in the world that forces our citizens to impoverish themselves in order to get an education. My children are drowning in debt and unable to marry, have children, buy property or start businesses because they have to shovel insane amounts of money at the banks every month. What was their crime? Wanting an education and not having rich parents. Shame on America. Deep, deep shame.REPORT COMMENTS

This loss of protection to students needing to borrow for their education is indescribably appalling. Our youth will provide the leadership tomorrow, and our country needs the brightest and best educated.REPORT COMMENTS
