While medical marijuana is legalized in many states, physicians fail to prescribe it for fear of federal prosecution. This can't continue. There is a huge amount of the population that have various chronic pain issues that would benefit greatly from marijuana related medicines. Instead of constantly increasing the use of opiates, the addition of marijuana based drugs would greatly aid in the effects of lower doses of opiates. This needs to be legalized federally so that physicians are free of prosecution and able to prescribe it.REPORT COMMENTS
