Is there some hidden agenda shared by insurers and our government officials? The Affordable Care Act is a false progressive policy that doesn't look out for individual American Citizens. Obama care is not affordable at all!!! The premium jumps double for me, a single healthy female only using annual checkup. The smallest government is the most effective government. The government has no business to run welfare and force everyone to have health insurance. Let the non-profit organizations and the market determines who get helped (prevent lazy people from taking advantage of section 8 ) and how much we're supposed to pay. I donate money to the charities, but I don't trust the government to force me to pay for lazy people's benefit. Any able bodies should work, and that's the only to make America better.REPORT COMMENTS

I don't qualify for any assistance in paying for health insurance and yet I'm required to have it. The only plans I can afford have absurdly high deductibles, so I still can't afford to go to the doctor!!! All Obama Care does is put a government requirement on me to go out and throw away hundreds of dollars every month.
