To hear the heartbreak in the voices of my friends is unbearable. Please do what ever is in your power to bring their daughter home to them. All these children need to be with their families and not in the middle of political games.

This Department of State policy is a travesty and a tragedy. I'm ashamed and embarrassed that our Embassy in Nepal has allowed this crime against these children and their new parents. I beg you, please: right this wrong! Let these children come home to the loving arms that are waiting for them. -A waiting Grandmother

Keeping our children in Nepal benefits no one. Please allow our daughter to come home to us.

I find it baffling that when there are wonderful people waiting with their arms opens to love and nuture these children, that you would delay the process further. If we all looked at the world through the eyes of those who are impacted by our actions, we would live in a much more peaceful and loving place. Please bring them home.

As an adoptive parent of two children, I beg you get these children home to their families - time is critical. Development and bonding in the early years has a profound effect on every individual's future, and by keeping these children in orphanages they are being denied the most successful future possible.

Please let these children join their families - but delaying you are only hurting these children, and bringing heartache to their new families - let them come home now!!

Please let these families bring their children home now! Haven't you made them wait long enough, especially since you have found no good reason for it all to have started in the first place.

No fraud found!? Why the shutdown? Infuriating. Those of us without a child "in the pipeline" and the orphans of Nepal will suffer a lifetime due to a rash decision to shut the program. What good did it do?
