If these adoptions were intiated before the policy change, we (the people of the United States) should allow these children to be with those who are willing to give them a loving home.REPORT COMMENTS

No fraud? Then no excuse for leaving these little children in orphanages. Grant these children their visas and let them start the new year in their new homes to enjoy the life they so deserve.REPORT COMMENTS

Despite the anguish of these American families, our elected representatives in the House and Senate are concerned only about their Christmas recess being delayed due to legislation that they should have enacted many months ago. Will they weigh in on such an important concern of so many American families? Very doubtful, for they are far too busy feathering their own nests to attend to humanitarian issues and needs. Shame on our elected aristocracy in Washington. If they truly were "toiling" in the interests of the American people, they would heed the words of scripture to "Suffer the children ... to come onto me."REPORT COMMENTS

Dear Sirs: I am asking that you help my friends Lynn & Trevor bring their daughter Jamuna home. Her absence is causing a pain that should not be endured by those who are opening their homes to these children. The simple act of assisting these children not only gives these families the dignity that should be afforded all humans beings, but will help additional children waiting for shelter and care in Nepal. Thank YouREPORT COMMENTS

Stop caving to the pressure of UNICEF and PEAR and inaccurate data and research (data on files prior to 2009). The new process started in 2009. No fraud has been found. Open the files of the previously issued visa's (2009 files) so the families can see the info DOS is reviewing. It's totally not fair to the families to give the public the perception of fraud when it doesn't appear to exist in any files. Show us!REPORT COMMENTS
