Do what is right and issue these children visas to enter the US. It was unfair of the USCIS to change the way the paperwork was scrutinized so abruptly for families already in the process of adopting these children. The appropriate authorities in Nepal have reviewed these children's paperwork and approved these children for adoption by US families. Unfortunately, the US has chosen to use these children as political pawns to try to force Nepal to change it's abandonment laws. I agree, Nepal's abandonment laws need to change, but not at the expense the health and wellbeing of 56 children. Please let these families bring their children home. It is the right thing to do.

The behavior of the USCIS is disgusting- they should stop keeping children from their parents.

what no fraud found? beats me why the US is not granting these children visas. Bad decisions have been made based on non-factual information.. Egos restrict conscience. How can face-saving mechanisms be put in place to allow reversal of bad policy decisions? How can the persons, responsible for that devastating policy somehow manage to reverse that policy without sacrificing self-image, or losing colleagues? esteem, and without jeopardizing their position in the governmental hierarchy? No one is going to reverse that policy if it means losing their job, or their chances for reappointment when the duration of the diplomatic post runs out. US DOS stand up for what's RIGHT - not for what's easy.

Dear Sirs, Please consider who most bears the emotional and developmental cost of these unproven accusations of fraud. Children. Babes who have already suffered the tremendous loss of family: Little ones who have a chance to receive the love only a family can give. Orphans. They have no voice. Allow me to be that voice in asking, pleading, for your intervention in these unnecessary and damaging bureaucratic delays. Congress wields the power to make the world right for these children. Please intercede on their behalf by redirecting USCIS and DOS efforts toward causes that truly merit doggedness.

In the absence of fraud, there is no legitimate reason why these children should not be allowed to join their families RIGHT NOW.

Since there is no evidence of fraud, please ensure that these children may be allowed to join their families.
