This exact thing happened with Vietnam. We barely squeaked by getting our son home. Friends of ours had to move to Vietnam, putting breadwinning jobs on hold and risking their whole adoption by forcing a showdown with USCIS. Mary Ann Russell of USCIS held us all up, stonewalling and refusing to communicate with us, or giving untruthful reasons. It's a crime against humanity, what the US and other governments are doing to keep helpless infants and children away from loving, providing families.REPORT COMMENTS
