I think inmates should be aloud to get married my boyfriend and, I have been talking about it for almost two years then it was banned. There are many safe ways for inmates to marry they can be the one's to submit the marriage papers then send them to there loved one instead of someone who is not incarcerated it would be a lot easier. This is a serious violation and they know it. Just because the government has custody of my federal inmate DOES NOT grant them the RIGHT to restrict his CIVIL RIGHT to marriage.
