Our Vets are who keep you free to be in office so we should help those that keep our freedoms with anyway possible. It should not matter if you believe in the war or not WE as a NATION should always believe in and help all of our VETS.Jul 30th, 2010Someone from Virginia Beach, VA writes:
If instituted, such legislation could help our military to recieve the help they need AND DESERVE without the "stigma" associated with asking for mental health counseling. Many times, military personel are reluctant to seek the emotional support they need for fear of how it may affect their chances of promotion or special assignments. PLEASE SUPPORT THIS EFFORT!!! Thank you very much!REPORT COMMENTS

The men and women that are apart of our military, give so much of their lives up to protect our freedom and freedom of others. The least that we can do is show and offer our support for them. They have given so much for the country now the favor should be repayed. Some of the soilders no nothing but combat, or how to live outside of the military. They need the support and the given opportunity to lead a normal life outside of the military, and I truelly believe that the country should offer this.REPORT COMMENTS

As the mother of a son who served 4 years with two 15 month long deployments to Iraq; I feel that our government should assure that there are programs available for the men and women who served this country.REPORT COMMENTS

We must help! Contrary to what many people may still believe, this is not something a person can control. They can't just smile awhile and get over it. It takes time, compassion and sometimes professional help. Blessings to all those who suffer.REPORT COMMENTS

I believe it is very important that our Vets are taken care of when they return home. They shouldn't feel that suicide is the only option. Please support this programREPORT COMMENTS
