As "shelter" system is abysmal! We need government help for spay/neuter program. We need to help rescues. We need to look at shelter resolution so people can see dogs in a natural environment. Government needs to work WITH animal lovers. We CAN make this a no kill nation. Please, please help the animals! Hundreds of thousands of animals are unnecessarily killed every year.
