By passing this bill you are allowing highly skilled competitive individuals with advanced degrees in science and engineering to reside and work in the U.S by eliminate per-country caps on employment-base, irrespective of their country, religion and race. it simply evens out the process for all highly skilled professionals. A highly skilled immigrant is a highly skilled immigrant, whether he is from India, China or Greece. Please don't divide them on the basis of region, race and ethnicity.REPORT COMMENTS
