The H-1B Visa program is being abused by U.S. Corporations who have already or are planning to dismiss or lay-off U.S. workers. Their intent is to then use workers hired through the H-1B visa program and pay them at a reduced labor rate and benefits package cost. The actions at Disney are only the spearhead of this effort. HP is announcing cuts for some 30,000+ employees while companies like Toy's R Us are following similar paths. The improper use of the H-1B visa combined with other forms of outsourcing to reduce their operating costs. These displaced U.S. employees them add to the already existing number of displaced employees.. We need to halt this H-1B Visa scam and put America first!REPORT COMMENTS
