Parents of anchor babies are not only deceiving visa officers claiming to visit for tourism vs. healthcare but are also abusing the healthcare system by not paying any costs of delivery. I am personally aware of at least 3 cases in the last 6 months where the parents planned their visit to the US to deliver their children so that their child can be a US citizen, were wealthy but still applied for medical aid and did not pay anything for care they received during pregnancy and delivery of this child. To me, this is not only deception but abuse of our system and must be stopped. Why should the American tax payers, who have to pay medical bills for themselves, fund the healthcare bills of rick foreigners who chose to give birth to their child here?REPORT COMMENTS
