In memory of Avery Wright, born sleeping May 3, 2010. I lost my son to a placenta abruption. I have never been a drug user. I did not have high blood pressure or experience a trauma. There is no known cause for why I had a placenta abruption. I did not fit any of the "criteria" for this horrible situation. I fully support any research to find answers - even if the answer is never found for myself.REPORT COMMENTS

Also think that we should also get a birth certificate as well as a death certificate, because no matter what our children were still born they were just born sleeping, that is my opinion. Stillbirth is something no one wants to talk about, but when it happens to you and there are no answers it makes the pain even worse. I think there should be more public awareness and more accountability for prenatal practitioners. Mine didn't even read the pathology report after my daughter died at 39 wks. i had to find out what happened on my own research.REPORT COMMENTS
