I'm in the f1 family based category and I've been waiting on my papers for 22 years now... This is the most ridiculousness process anybody could ever go through...I filed with tsc September 2014 the processing date as of today says November 2014...what happened to my file? They where so quick to cash my checks within 2 days ... Why is it taking so long to process a case? This isn't right to keep people in the dark... Atleast tell them the truth about what is really going on... These people have no idea what we are going through.. My parents became US citizens 3 years ago...my brothers where born in the U.S. And I'm still waiting on my papers for 22 years now... Being called an illegal.. Not allowed to work....i have a clean record and I would really like to put my degree to use. I don't know why we are being punished for doing the right thing.. Everyone is requested to spread the word (on twitter, facebook, everywhere where possible) and ask your friends (citizens and gc holders, anyone can do it) to take some time and sign the petition. Request them to do it for your sake. The more signs we have, hopefully the more pressure it would put to speedup the process. Lets put a target to have 20,000 signs in a month and keep working on it.REPORT COMMENTS
