The time given to previous DUI offenders for future charges that have nothing to do with alcohol. Driving without a license warrants a felony one-year minimum mandatory is absurd! Women can molest a child, attempt to harm a child and receive less than two years??? Jails are overcrowded, prisons are bogged down with small time offenses that shouldn't even make it to state ground.
