An important point to mention is this tax is racially targeted, is reverse-discrimination and unethical. This should be called what it is...the "white-skin-tax". The "botax" would have been evenly applied to ALL Americans. Americans who can afford expensive elected procedures by Doctors who earn MUCH MUCH more than salon owners. We pay enough in this world!!!!!! How ridiculous. If the government would manage our monies a little more than they do this would not be necessary.
