I was told by representatives at my local Ameritrade branch office that RYPQX is a highly liquid money market account that only invests in short term securities. RYPQX has no relationship to a money market whatsoever. A money market is supposed to be highly diversified in short term securities. RYPQX is highly undiversified (as much as 5.5% in any one position), in long term securities (durations as long as three years). A person might think they?re getting a higher rate of return for investing in such a risky fund as this; but that?s not even true? it yields less than your average savings account! RYPQX offers no yield and it offers no liquidity, it is complete total garbage! I can?t imagine why ameritrade would try to pass this garbage off on unsuspecting clients. I was never offered a prospectus and foolishly relied on the word of their incompetent reps. A certain amount of trust is gained by being a nationwide brokerage and ameritade has violated that trust in the worst way. Money markets are not something most investors do research on; they simply trust it if it?s offered through a large nationwide institution.REPORT COMMENTS

Esteemed Members of Congress - We have been solicited by TD Ameritrade/Waterhouse (what ever it is now) solicited us to invest our money saying it would earn us better interest and said that it is a money market fund and risk free, as it turned out it was a mutual fund and a risky one. Money was saved to buy a house which I can't buy now as the money was not available in time as it was locked. Till date even after close to 2 years we have received only 95%. Please make sure TD re-reimburses our money immediately. Regards RAJREPORT COMMENTS

I was solicited by TD Waterhouse reps to purchase RYPQX several months before the Reserve went under. I put a large amount of money in it and I want all of it back.REPORT COMMENTS

TD Ameritrade lied to all of us and said RYPQX was a stable money market fund. I am sure they made millions is some type of back-room deal with the Reserve. Shame on them both!REPORT COMMENTS

Financial and insurance firms that knowingly perpetrated fraud were made whole and their employees received million dollar bonuses, but we investors in RYPQX were left holding the bag. I no longer have any faith or confidence in capitalism or democracy.REPORT COMMENTS
