I was misled by td ameritrade. They said RYPQX was a market fund. I have waited over 2 years to get back the remainder of my investment.REPORT COMMENTS

I was misled by td ameritrade broker/rep and told that RYPQX was a safe, liquid money market fund for parking short term cash. I was told that one could easily take money out of this money market fund at any time. What a nightmare! I'm still stuck without my safe liquid money market investment after two years.REPORT COMMENTS

TD Ameritrade suggested this fund for a large portion of cash I had in my account. Resolution so we can get our money back is way overdue.REPORT COMMENTS

The funds are no longer awaiting maturity (a prior rationalization for not retuning remaining funds). I'm wondering if a legal pursuit of our remaining funds is the only option remaining?REPORT COMMENTS

This is outrageous. After suffering the severe stress of the market implosion RYPQX investors have patiently waited almost two years for a final accounting of their outstanding funds. I also urge an immediate inquiry into the non existent relationship between TD/Ameritrade and RYPQX investors.REPORT COMMENTS

TD Ameritrade lied to me about the safety of the investment in RYPQX. I was told that I was investing in a money market fund. It is now two years that my remaining money in the fund, over 20,000, had been tied up with no resolution. TDAM and the Reserve should be accountable for our funds and the SEC should develop a distribution plan as they have done with the Reserve Primary Fund.REPORT COMMENTS

TD Ameritrade marketed this fund as a money market fund - as SAFE as a bank money market fund. I repeatedly questioned them on this and was told the same thing repeatedly. I had been in cash for a long, long while and at TD's continued prompting and reassuring, went into RYPQX. When all this happened and I raised this with the local branch - I was told - well the broker who described the fund as he did, has been fired. Great - that really helps me. Further I was told that TD had insurance with Lloyd's of London I believe which would kick in if necessary to make us whole. That did not materialize either. All communications with TD Ameritrade corporate have been shockingly disappointing. The Company is basically absolving itself of any and all responsibility for the behaviour of its brokers. I can most certainly provide further information and furnish my correspondence with TD Ameritrade to appropriate authorities. Their posture is unreal - filled with misrepresentations and a complete unwillingness to assume any responsibility at all. Please investigate this - not only do I want and believe TD Ameritrade owes us the return of our monies with interest and damages - frankly, but further, I would like TD Ameritrade to be seriously fined for its misrepresentations to clients from the beginning through to today.REPORT COMMENTS

TD Ameritrade took the time to "talk the talk" and has mislead the clients and employees who were told that The Reserve Yield Plus Fund RYPQX was a "money-market fund" where a trader's cash could be deposited to earn interest via their TDA account Web page. It is time that President John B. Bunch and the Board of Directors accept their known responsibility and "Man Up" via a Pay Up to their clients so we all can move on. The Continuing delay in returning client funds to these TDA RYPQX accounts is wasting more time & money for all of us ...while eroding one's trust in TD Ameritrade to "walk the walk."REPORT COMMENTS

TD Ameritrade was actively pushing investment in this fund. I was almost entirely in cash and was aok in cash - and was told repeatedly that investment in this fund was just like investing money in a bank money market fund. TD Ameritrade has completely absolved themselves of any responsibility at all. It is truly shocking and the deflection of responsibility to the individual investor and to The Reserve is also astounding and depressing. Yes - we need to be made whole asap - and TD Ameritrade should be seriously penalized for their anject irresponsibility. TD Ameritrade has not helped RYPQX investors at all and needs to make all of us whole now. Thank you kindly. Please feel free to contact me regarding this matter.REPORT COMMENTS
