Regardless of what was said to whom about the investment, how dare the principals of the fund be allowed to use remaining monies (that properly belong to the investors) for their ongoing personal legal defense. That's adding insult to injury and the SEC should put a stop to it immediately. The issue of financial penalties and jail time for the principals of TDAM and/or The Reserve could then be decided by the courts in due course.REPORT COMMENTS
