I work 40 to 70 hrs a week and I had to take a Drug Test so I can get "paid" and I am sick and tired of these people sucking up all the free money and benifits they can get.Little do they know they aren't free...Myself and all the other hard working pay for them by working 40 to 70 hrs a week.Maybe someone can tell me the benifits of them being able to purchase all the soda,chips and other junk food they can consume.Ever heard of W.I.C.???Let them buy only foods with some nutrition and give them thier own lines in the store... I feel that if you need to take a drug test to get a job, then you should have to take a drug test to receive money from the people that are paying into it. I am sick of people sitting on their butts and just collect and then turn the food stamps into money for drugs..That is happening more then people realize..they have figured out a way to beat the system...REPORT COMMENTS

I'd like to add that I feel the following should be added to this bill: If a welfare or unemployment recipient fails a drug test and is the current legal guardian of any minors, that those minors be removed from their care and placed in a healthier and safer environment until their former legal guardian tests clean 3 consecutive times.
