I agree with Jennifer S. from Seattle, WA writes: I am for the second option. Racing Czar. Uniform national rules. No racing before 3 years of age. No medications Less breeding. Lifetime quality care for each horse. No transport of our horses to slaughter. Limit races allowed per horse-no more than one race per month, plus 1 month off per year-or more. Mandatory retirement age of 10. #HorsesFirst And I want to add - No racing or training on a sloppy track.REPORT COMMENTS
