(Then) Senator Conrad Burns and Senator Harry Reid, waited until Congress finished reading all the bills that were up for consideration and after the session adjourned for the holidays, they slipped The Burns Amendment into an unrelated military defense spending bill. When Congress came back into session, they approved the bills, knowing nothing of the Burns Amendment. For that reason alone, it should be repealed! Burns and Reid's shady conduct is what Americans are sick and tired of!REPORT COMMENTS
