President Obama, I do hope your people will see to designing laws fit for those who abuse animals. Laws should be more severe and judges need to take the issue more seriously. One who beats a child is put in jail. The same should be done for one who beats a dog, a horse, or tortures a cat. After all they breath the same air we dom have a heartbeat, bleed red blood, and have feelings just as we humans do.
