This situation is, in part, the fault of Congress when you mandated pre-payment of retiree funds. You need to fix this problem, and you need to allow the USPS to operate at a marginal profit. Cutting Saturday delivery, as the PMG intends, will NOT save money since he also intends to start delivery of packages on Sunday. He is violating the law, he is violating the contracts so recently arbitrated, and he will continue to do so unless you stop him, NOW!REPORT COMMENTS

As it is possible for me to lose my job if this 5 day goes into affect, l would appreciate you voting to keep Saturday mail going. We may still deliver packages? on Saturday? We still will have to drive the 130+ miles here in the rural areas. Doesn't make sense to me!!!REPORT COMMENTS

Sections of Louisiana still do not have dsl, wi fi, or cell phone access. These are truly 'rural' areas that do rely on 6 day delivery as these constituents do not / can not pay bills or receive their bills without 6 day delivery.
