It is inhumane to expect that an individual will demonstrate humane behavior while serving a life without possibility parole, when not allowed conjugal visits. Sexually frustrated people have to have some sort of release. With the exception of sexual predators who are serving life sentences, those prisoners who are married should be allowed to have conjugal visits. I believe there will be a marked difference in violence in the prisons due to a marked reduction in frustrated prisoners. Also, reinstating conjugal visits will reduce the stress on those men and women who are tasked with dealing with the inmates on a daily basis. Frustrated prisoners create stressful situations for all involved. Please reconsider reinstating conjugal visits.

We need family visits to keep our families intact. Although the offenders have committed crimes, they are still human beings and should be treated as such. The stopping of these visits have torn many families apart and it doesn't help to rehabilitate the inmates. How would you feel if you were in our situation?

The R in CDCR stands for rehabilitation right... Let the person/persons be allowed the chance to have goals and incentives set forth to rehabilitate themselves...is there any higher goal then to be with one's own family?

Give them a chance to feel the love from their family and to be loved.. We all are human and they deserve a chance.. and is not fair because of someone else's stupidity... It would help so many prisoners and family who are hurting because the visits are so short and the time they could spend together would make everyone happier.. Isn't that what we want in life.. Is to be happy...?

Give the lifers an opportunity to spend time with their loved ones.. They are human and deserve to be loved and feel the loved... Just think if it was your family.. They all shouldn't be punished because of someone else..
