Please, Please get this bill passed. Sending horses to slaughter encourages overbreeding and poisons the children of the world. American horses are proven to be full of medications that have no known withdrawal period. There is also no known humane way to slaughter horses. They are a flight animal that can not be stunned correctly with a bolt gun. Consequently, they are conscious as they are hung by a hind leg and their throat is cut. This is not euthanasia! Please pass the SAFE Act.REPORT COMMENTS
