This practice of using export of contaminated horse meat to assist for-profit industries (racing, rodeo, competition, etc.) in disposal of what is essentially toxic waste constitutes bad trade, bad business, and bad ethics. Disregarding health effects of known toxins in global food supply constitutes bioterrorism and is yet one more reason for the world markets to resist importing American meat products.
